Up-Keeping and Cleaning of Circle Office Building, colony premises at 220 KV GSS, Alwar

Sweeping / cleaning of circle office building & its roads, all colony roads including road side berms, cleaning of all drains, cleaning of S.W. /AC.pipe Lines, septic tanks, man holes, jungle clearance from road side area (berms), incl. Disposal of waste, garbage, rubbish, etc. out side the premises as approved by nagar nigam authorities incl. all T&P required in the work complete in all respect as directed by engineer incharge. Scope of the works includes following items:- 1- Cleaning / sweeping of colony roads with road berms including disposal of rubbish, garbage out side the colony area. (daily). 2- Cleaning / sweeping of circle office premises, its roads and surrounding area including toilets of circle office buiiding with all consumable material like Harpic,phenyl, napthalene tablets, detergent powder,odonil etc with requires brush etc. daily (Consumables to be paid extra). 3- Collection and disposal from all the residential quarters and office premises all the garbage, waste paper etc. from colony and office at certain points in dust bins and Disposal of same out side the colony and office premises at location approved by Municipal Corporation (Daily ). 4- Cleaning of open drains, removing & refixing of drain covers incl. disposal of waste out side the colony and office premises (As and when required). 5- Cleaning of chocked SW/AC lines cleaning of man hole cleaning of septic tanks & disposal of waste material out side colony and office premisesat location approved by Municipal Corporation (As and when required). 6- Jungle clearance from road side area (berms) including removing shrubs & bushes etc incl disposal of waste, rubbish outside the colony (Twice in a year)
