Dismantling of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed gound, posts embedded in concrete surface, complete all as specified.
Dismantling fencing wire mesh, Chain Link Fencing of any type, all as specified.
Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 metre wide & n. exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits manholes, pier holes etc n. exc 10 Sqm on plan n. exc 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified.
Returning filling in incl spreading watering and well ramming in layers in hard/dense soil each not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified.
Removing excavated materials/ soils, to a distance not exceeding 50mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50mtrs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Plain cement concrete Nominal Mix M-7.5 (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in or as mass concrete in foundation, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Plain cement concrete Nominal Mix M-10 (1:3:6), type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in fixing of angle iron fencing post , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Mild steel work in as flat iron fillets ( for securing chain link fencing) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
S&F mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc; flate iron fillets (for securing chain link fencing) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.
Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 5cm but not exceeding 10cm long, dia of neck 16 to 20mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing of any mesh, size and any type (as decided and approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made accordingly. BOO duly countersigned by GE shall be enclosed with final bill.
Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires(steel wire), any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, round bars, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire compete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : (i) Supply of chain link and line wire shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Whereever required the cost of Grubbing up bushes , tree trunks portion not exc 30CM girth including cutting of trees/bushes grown in over wall and roofs digging out roots and making good disturbed area with earth filling and levelling shall be deemed to be included in the quoed Unit Rates.
Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending in FE 410-W (Gde E-250) quality -A complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
M&L RCC M-25 (Design mix), (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), nominal mix, in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, base for columns, basements slabs etc under rammed piles including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

(Reinforced Barbed Tape) wire, stud tied with G.I. staple sand, 125 to 127 Nos. of G.I. clips in one coil, to retain horizontal, including necessary nuts and bolts, including taking down existing rusted/damaged concertina coil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Galvanised, 2-strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2.0 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) including taking down existing rusted/damaged barbed wire, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth including and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of zinc chrome/ red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block glossy finished any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, laid over and including 30mm thick well rammed sand cushion laid over and including sub base of 100mm thick of plain cement concrete M-7.50 (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), with grey cement and no pigment, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Excavating in post holes (or imilar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

Preparation of new, un-decorated, plastered surfaces of walls applying two coats of exterior emulsion (Apex paint) over one coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like or on any surface as may be directed exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow with adequate nos of coats, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished), 15-18mm thick, as in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Chequered cement concrete glossy finish coloured tiles size 400mmx400mmx20/25mm thick, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 laid over and including 75mm thick sub base of Nominal Mix PCC 1:4:8 type E-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Amount of Schedule of credit of for Rs 1,16,205.00 shall be deducted from quoted amount.
