Construction of RCC framed structure building T-II Qtr. Ground floor (1 Block of 1 unit on Ground floor = 70.00 Sqm, T-III Qtr. (1 Block of 4 units) = 320.00 Sqm, T-IV Qtr. (1 Block - 2 unit on Ground floor) = 256.00 Sqm with provision of G+2 and local touch elevation along with state of art design with a specification mentioned in DPAR' 2021, Annexure-I with all civil Works including internal electrification and providing internal water supply, over head tanks and landscaping along with external service connection with approved BIS materials complete in all respect along with furnitures as per yardstick and chain link fencing, footpath, lanscaping etc etc. Design of structure shall be done considering earth quake forces and design shall be get proof checked and vetted by any Premier Engineering Institute or reputed consultant/structural Engineer and get approved by the department.
