PROVN OF BOREWELL AT UPPER NARIAN (BHAIRAV) UNDER GE 862 EWS

Drilling bores of 250mm dia using DTH rigs with ODEX attachment in collapsible strata, congiomerates, boulders, pebbles, oily clay etc including cost of T&P, consumable stores, bits, water, POL with system of simultaneous lowering of casing pipes from 0 to 60m depth, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Rate quoted by the contractor shall include cost of T&P & POL etc and consumable. (ii) In the case, the required yield of water is not met as per requirement of CGWB department report, the bore shall be abandoned and refilled after extracting the T & P. The cost of abandoned 03 Nos bore shall be admissible to the contractor @ 5% of quoted unit rate of item per metre depth after approval of Accepting Officer and no extra claim shall be admissible on this account. The contractor shall further bore on site as selected and decided by GE.

Note:- (i) Rate quoted by the contractor shall include cost of T&P & POL etc and consumable. (ii) In case the required yield of water has not met as per requirement of CGWB department report, the bore shall be abandoned and refilled after extracting the T & P. The cost of abandoned bore shall be admissible to the contractor @ 5% of quoted unit rate of item for per mtr depth after approval of Accepting Officer and no extra claim shall be admissible on this account. The contractor shall further bore on site as selected and decided by GE. (iii) Please also note that boring if required more than 180m depth at site condition the same shall be paid under this item without any extra claim.
