Providing, laying spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate of approved quarry to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at O.M.C in machenical mix plant carriege of mixed material by tipper to site, lating in uniform layers with paver in sub -base /base course on well prepared suface & compacting with vibroatory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per MoR &H clause 406& as directed by Engineer Incharge including all machine charges & including all labour, T&P etc req for proper completion of work. Providing, & applying Priming Coat with bitumen emulsion(SS1) on prepared surface of grangular base including cleaning of road surface and spreading primer @ 0.70 kg/sqm. using mechanical means. Rates including of bitumen emulsion. (As per MORTH 502 , MORT&H 2024 Rates taken from SOR 2025-26)

Providing, & applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion SS1 using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.25 kg/sqm on the prepared grangular/ old painted surface, cleaned with mechanical broom including all Taxes material, labour, T& P etc. required for proper completion of work. Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with Bituminous binder(VG-30) @4.5% by weight of total mix and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density as per MORTH specification clause No. 505 (MORT&H 2024 Rates taken from SOR2025-26)

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with Bituminous binder (VG-30) @5.4% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with paver finisher with sensor control to required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. as per MORT & H specification clause no. 507. Road N.4arking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorislng Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface. Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplaslic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads 0? 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015 The llnished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. (DSR 2023- S.I. No. 16.62)

Providing and fixing Glow studs of size 100x20 mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite ) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge. The glow stud shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro- reflective surface shall be 35 (+/-5) degress to base .The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I: 809 as recommended in BS: 873 part 4 : 1973. The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture (DSR 2023 No. 13.62.1)
