Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 cum, in soft/loose soil, getting out, returning filling in & ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering or removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m & making good disturbed surface. Complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling & mass concrete. Complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS:1161-1998 grade St-240. Complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified. Complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described & applying two coat of synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) over & including one coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer. Complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 12 mm thick plain/designer Gypsum Board False Ceiling with GI Frame work including all necessary drilling, cutting to fix electric items. Complete all as specified & directed with following :- (a) GI Grid Channel 30×25×20 mm of guage fixed with rawl plug & screw 450 mm centre to centre along with perimeter walls. (b) GI Channel made to shape 50×40×40 mm of 24 guage placed @ 600 mm centre to centre from perimeter at wall except long wall (in one span). (c) GI Intermediate runners of size 45×10×10 mm of 24 guage fixed @ 1200 mm centre to centre leaving frame of one side walls (in other span). (d) GI sheet 25 mm wide & 20 mm guage suspended fixed with steel fastners to roof ceiling & 1200 mm centre to centre including pluging of RCC Slab. (e) 12 mm thick gypsum board filling joints with POP & finishing complete with two coat of plastic emulsion paint over one coat of primer on ceiling.

M&L point wiring complete with PVC insulated and sheathed, FRLS 1100 volt grade electric cable of 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) with single core copper conductor in and including PVC pipe not less than 19mm dia, and wall thickness 2mm, with suitable GI flush metal boxes (not less than 1.00mm thick) of suitable sizes including earth dolly with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover of approved colours including 1.50 Sqmm PVC insulated & unsheathed copper cable as continuous earth wire with all accessories including lugs required, complete all as specified and directed for the following :- (a) One light/fan point controlled by one way switch 5 Amps

S & F recess mounting LED Endura slim pro plus ceiling light suitable for armstrong/grid ceiling complete capacity 36W, sIze 2'x2' complete all as specified and directed including taking down the old rusted tube light fitting.

Fixing and Hanging only ceiling fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as specified and directed
