Felling trees of the girth ( measured at a height of 1m above ground level) including cutting of trunk and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material,beyond 30cm girth upto and including 60cm girth.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass ,brush wood ,trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto adistance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Dismantling dressed stone work manually/by mechanical means ashlar face stone work, marble work of precast concrete work, flag stones and the like including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50metres .

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundation,drains,pipes,cables etc. (Not exceeding 1.5mtr in width) and for shafts,wells,cesspits and like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan,depthupto 1.5mtr including disposal of excavated earth upto 1mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth is to be leveled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil.

Supply and laying of stone soling hand packed including ramming and watering with lead and lifts as involved up to site of work complete job.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement :4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) crushed including all carriages of materials as involved from source to site of work complete.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering shuttering finishing and reinforcement all work upto plinth work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mmnominal size including all carriages from source to site of work complete.

Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening cutting ,bending , placing in position and bindiing all complete using TMT Bars.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form etc complete retaining walls ,return walls, walls ( any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets etc.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 Cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) crushed including all carriages from source to site of work complete. including glass strips an required shades/colours.

P/F of ornamental devri stones slabs/clates in cascades/slope of waterfall,Floor of channel at site by way of cheiseling and straightening of edges with all exposed surfaces dressed in 1:3mix cement mortar over a uniform layer of cement mortar 1:3 including pointing of joints etc complete ( even thickness not less than 75mm).

Labour charges for Refixing of fine cheiseled and dressed Devri stones in steps including risers and treads including re-shaping and re-sizeing by way of cheiseling with all exposed surfaces cheiseled and dressed in 1:3 mix cement mortar including pointing of joints etc complete.

Fine cheiseled and dressed Devri stones in walls/sides of walls, steps, faces of walls of size 1-'4" x0'-9" x0'-8" including cheiseling with all exposed surfaces cheiseled and dressed in 1:3 mix cement mortar including pointing of joints etc complete .

P/F of ornamental Devri Stone Cornice upto 100mm thick and 225mm wide in 1:3mix with pointing and all sorts of carriage complete.

Fine cheiseled and dressed Devri stones in flooring ( for paths, steps) including cheiseling with all exposed surfaces cheiseled and dressed in 1:3 mix cement mortar including pointing of joints etc complete ( 75mm to 225mm).

P/F of fine cheiseled Devri stone foot crossing laid over series of 3 cut water nozing devri pedestals etc complete foot crossing thickness not less than 100mm thick complete job.

S/P/F/T and commissioning of following dia M.S flanged G.I pipes B class of approved make ( 100mm dia) with cost of M.S flanges 12mm thick .Cutting of threaded ends of pipes, welding of flanges, cost of nuts bolts, washers, all sorts of carriages and headloads with respective fixtures complete.

providing ,fixing and testing of PVC pipes of approved make like Prince,Finolex etc ( B Type) for washout ( 75mm ) including cost of allied accessories like elbows,bends etc and drilling holes in fountain body for washout and fixing of all pipe joints using required adhesive/solvent complete.

providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I wheel of approved quality ( screwed end) 100mm dia.

P/F of ornamental heritage look fountain made cement concrete with chips mixture having devri finish including nozzele extention pipe including cost of chromium plated Brass nozzles of required aperture etc complete height upto 600mm from channel bed complete with octagonal Devri stone fine cheiseled regular/symetrical pedestal ( as per existing design) with cost of all sorts of carriage and headloads complete.

Disposal ,spreading, leveling of available excavated earth and levelling the same beyond 50mts upto 1500 mts within garden premises including loading, unloading including cost of levelling, rolling, consolidation, compaction using 8-10 tonne capacity power Road roller, etc complete job.
