Reconditioning of Cartridge of Boiler Feed Pump (Type FK6D30) installed at GHTP Stage-I &II Units. The work involves dismantlement and inspection of Cartridge, repair/ replacement of damaged/worn out parts, assembly of rotor, dynamic balancing of rotor and final assembly of cartridge. Maintaining of the clearances & interferences and other parameters of wear rings, balance drum and bush, total float etc. as per design. Detailed scope of work will be as per Section -IV.
