Removing cement or lime plaster of any thickness including stacking the debris within 50 metres lead as directed with all leads, lifts, complete.

Demolishing brick work in lime or cement mortar including plaster, paint, etc. manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing R.C.C. slab, R.C.C. wall of any thickness, R.C.C. beams, joists, R.C.C. columns, piles, pile caps etc., in any thickness and size manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Cleaning the concrete surfaces with waterjet using hydrojet/ similar machine with water pressure not less that 2.5 kg/sqcm, keeping optimum pressue using clean water as necessary including removing all dust, grease, stains etc. to render the surface clean including removing all traces of cleaning materials etc. complete as specified and directed.(Area OBD/acrylic/carbonation paint /as dircted by EIC)

Cleaning the concrete surfaces with hydrojet/ similar machine min twice with pressure not less that 2.5 kg/sqcm, keeping optimum pressue using clean water and detergent/other cleaning materials as directed by EIC (First time detergent/other cleaning materials and second time with clean water ) as necessary including removing all dust, grease, stains etc. to render the surface clean including removing all traces of cleaning materials etc. complete as specified and directed.(Area Plaster/ Polymer repair/ Micro concrete/ Epoxy paint application as dircted by EIC)

Chipping off unsound/weak concrete material (including plaster if any) from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual with chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or low impact hammer or of approved machine including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc.Use the portable air blowers to make the surface free from loose material, dirt etc and to make all the exposed surfaces free from oil, dust and all impurities etc complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & applying One coat of Alkaline Rust convertor ('Feovert' or equivalent) to exposed rebars of RCC, after removing & cleaning loose rust by wire brush and leave it for 6-8 hours. (Item to be used for rebar treatment where micro-concrete is being used.)

Providing & applying One coat of Concrete Penetrating Corrosion Inhibitor (Surface applied) which works on Bipolar Inhibition Mechanism, 'EPKO-KP-100' of Krishna Conchem or equivalent, on entire concrete surface to be repaired by using brush at 250 ml per Sq.Mt./Coat or as per manufacturer’s specification and prior to application of first coat of anti corrosive coating to reinforcement.

Providing and fixing shear connector for anchoring of additional reinforcement bars. The rate includes making 10/12 mm dia. holes in RCC member using electrically operated hammer drill machine, to a depth of 75mm at 0.5m c/c or as directed in zig-zag pattern, cleaning the holes by blowing air, fixing pre-cut and pre-bend 100x50mm , L shaped - 8mm dia. rebar(Fe-500 grade) using 'Lokfix P' of FOSROC or equivalent adhesive, such that 75mm is out of 100mm is inserted in concrete and 25mm remain outside along-with 50mm bend.

Providing and fixing in position,Corrosion Resistant Steel (500 CRS D) reinforcement of various diameters as additional reinforcement or replacement of corroded bars as directed,including straightening, cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding, supporting as required etc. all complete at all levels.

Galvanic protection: Providing & fixing zinc based Tied-on Sacrificial Anode units ( 'Galvashield XP' of FOSROC or equivalent) to the reinforcement including tying to the bar etc. The anode having galvanic anode mass of at least (2 nos.X 50 ) Grams based on special zinc alloy encased in conductive mortar shall be connected to the reinforcement steel bars by connectors provided with the anode application area is at the junction of repair as directed by EIC etc complete.

Corrosion protection of unexposed old reinforcement on non-spalled concrete by Insertion of sustained release Corrosion inhibiting caplets like 'Powrthrow', by drilling 20-22 mm dia holes into the concrete at a depth of 30-40 mm and inserts to be filled by epoxy sealant EPCO-1010 or equivalent. Spacing of Powrthrow shall be a) For RCC Columns- 1 Units in a single drilled hole at a spacing of 1m c/c from two opposite faces in staggered fashion b) For RCC Beams- 1 Units in a single drilled hole at a spacing of 1m c/c from two opposite faces in staggered fashion c) RCC Slab- 4 Units in a single drilled hole in 1 sqm area in a grid pattern OR as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete of M20/Nominal Mix of 1:1.5:3 grade (1 cement : 1.5 coarse Kharsalia sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 10/20 mm nominal size with trap / granite / quartzite / gneiss metal ) mixing in small concrete mixer for screeding/floor levelling/below tiles or as directed by EIC including , compacting, finishing surface, curing and including the cost of centering and shutteringif required at all level.

Providing and laying rough natural stone tiles 18 mm to 25 mm thick of an approved quality and size for paving / flooring excluding cement mortar bedding , cutting, dressing, leveling, jointing, curing, finishing etc complete as directed by Engineer In Charge. 18 to 25 mm thk. rough Shahbad stone

Providing and inserting 12mm dia PVC injection nozzles in honey comb area and along crack line including drilling of holes of required diameter up to depth from 30mm to 80mm at required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing air, sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete, cutting of protruding part after curing, as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and injecting, Stirrer mixed, Acrylic Polymer modified Cement grout ( polymer of approved make @ 2% of weight of cement used) made with non shrink compound in concrete/RCC work in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in Charge. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.)

Providing and applying, ready to use Polymer Modified Mortar for treatment to the damaged RCC members, upto 15 mm thickness at a time in following steps; Removing loose rust from the reinforcement bars by wire brushing, light hammering etc. and applying one coat of Alkaline Rust convertor ('Feovert' or equivalent) to exposed rebars as approved by Engineer in charge. The rusted surface shall become blackish non rusted colour. After 24 hours of application of rust remover, loose particles shall be removed by brush. Apply one more coat of rust convertor. Apply bonding coat slurry of acrylic polymer-cement (Mix 1 Kg of acrylic polymer with 0.5 Kg of cement) as approved by Engineer in charge on surface where PMM is to be applied. Apply ready to use PMM by adding 13 - 16% water by weight of Polymer Modified Mortar. After mixing polymer modified mortar, it can be trowel applied or hadpacked. When applying by hand, polymer modified mortar must be forced tightly into the substrate to ensure complete contact with the substrate. Rate is inclusive of scaffolding, curing.

Apply ready to use PMM by adding 13 - 16% water by weight of Polymer Modified Mortar. After mixing polymer modified mortar, it can be trowel applied or hadpacked. When applying by hand, polymer modified mortar must be forced tightly into the substrate to ensure complete contact with the substrate. Rate is inclusive of scaffolding. This item shall be operated over the first layer of PMM (0-15mm), i.e. if the thickness is more than 15mm upto 30mm.

Repairing damaged RCC members by spray grade polymer modified mortar/ sprayable polymer modified ready mix micro concrete : repair columns, slabs, chajjas, fins, lintels, pardis, and beams using polymer-modified mortar/ sprayable polymer modified ready mix micro concrete apply the spray grade polymer-modified mortar with shrinkage-controlled, fiber-reinforced wet/dry spray grade repair mortar having a compressive strength ranging from 40 mpa to 50 mpa on the prepared surface, ensuring a thickness of up to 50 mm and curing as required. the spray grade repair mortar must be a prepackaged component, mixed with water at the specified water-to-powder ratio, and applied using a suitable sprayable mortar machine. a high-performance pump is essential for delivering a consistent flow rate and generating enough pressure to ensure smooth application. the machine should feature a hopper with sufficient capacity to minimize downtime for refills and an adjustable nozzle for precise control of material flow. an integrated mixer should be included to maintain uniform consistency of the mortar, and the machine must be compatible with the appropriate power supply for the job site. the item rate includes all materials, labor, tools, machinery, curing, and any other requirements as directed by the engineer-in-charge and/or consultant. (payment will be made based on the material consumed in bags of spray grade polymer-modified mortar applied to the patch area.)the scheme for the location must be approved by the eic before installation. material manufacturer to be as per relevant codes and prior approval from rcf to be taken.(please refer nit conditions for approval of materials). (if sprayable mortar is not possible due to site conditions /constraint polymer modified mortar may be permitted with deduction of 15% rate

Providing and applying polymer modified, ready mixed, cement micro concrete of any thickness as per site requirement of approved brand including curing etc. as per manufacturer's specifications or as per instructions of engineer in-charge (the items shall be paid on actual consumption of micro concrete only). etc. as directed by EIC and including necessary m.s. pipe scaffolding, shuttering .Minimum 7 days curing shall be done to the newly repaired/jacketed area using any suitable method. Minimum required compressive strength (ASTM C109- 7cm cube) of Ready Mix Micro Concrete used on site shall not be less than 35 MPa in 7 Day and 40 MPa in 28 Days.

Providing and applying polymer modified mortar/GP-2 ( Forsrock or Equivalent), of thickness as per site requirement of approved brand including curing etc. as per manufacturer's specifications or as per instructions of engineer in-charge (the items shall be paid on actual consumption ofPMM/GP-2). etc. as directed by EIC.Minimum 7 days curing shall be done to the area using any suitable method. Minimum required compressive strength of PMM/GP-2 used on site shall not be less than 35 MPa in 7 Day and 40 MPa in 28 Days. Note:- This item shall be used for filling the Joints of tiles in non critical area as directed by EIC)

Providing & applying two coat of structural grade epoxy (resin+hardner) protective coat (primer and finish coat ), as per manufacturer's specifications by brush conforming to ASTM-C-882-87 to the prepared concrete surface to be repaired / strengthened. The coverage shall be 2.20 Sqm/kg of mix or as per manufacturer. This is applied prior to the application of polymer repairmortar / epoxy mortar / Microconcrete to have monolithic action between old concrete surface and new concrete surface Providing and applying epoxy bonding agent

Providing & applying a bond coat of structural grade epoxy (resin+hardner) as per manufacturer's specifications by brush conforming to ASTM-C-882-87 to the prepared concrete surface to be repaired / strengthened. The coverage shall be 1.30 Sqm/kg of mix or as per manufacturer. This is applied prior to the application of polymer repairmortar / epoxy mortar / Microconcrete to have monolithic action between old concrete surface and new concrete surfaceing epoxy bonding agent.

Providing and applying epoxy mortar for repairs to cracked portions of rcc columns, piers, beams, girders, wals, diaphragms, slabs, parapets ,cutting vgrove/widening the existing crack of size 8 to 15 mm and depth upto 25 mm by grinder wherever applicable or suitable approved method , clean,wash, blow the surface and removing the rust thoroughly and completely by means of wire brushes from reinforcement , pressure blower and washing with water etc and application of corrosion remover. rebuilding the section by first applying one coat of epoxy primer coat , applying epoxy mortar prepared by mixing resin, hardener and quartzite sand in 1 part resin: 0.3 or 0.4 or 0.5 or 0.6 part hardener : 7 or 8 or 9 part quartzite sand proportion by weight or as per manufacturer specifications in required shape and architectural finishes, if any, finishing the surface smooth including applying a seal coat of resin and hardener in 100:50(or as per manufacturer proportion) proportion by weight with stiff nylon bristle brush etc. complete as specified as directed. Providing and applying primer + two coats of 100% acrylic breathable, water based, anticarbonation coating. Cracks, if any, shall be filled with Polymer modified mortar. The rate shall include complete treatment mentioned above complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Extra for every additional height of 3 m or part thereof above 10m from ground level for external painting of Item No. 30 and Item No. 31

Providing and laying heavy duty acid resistance,ready mixed,bitumen- mastic flooring of 12 mm. Average thickness confirming to relevent IS codes in proper line.level& slope after proper washing,cleaning,drying & roughening of the concrete surface & application of compatible primer as directed by EIC.Note:- Rate shall be propratanatly increased or reduce as per actul thickness

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane .

Waterproofing the slab of terrace, bathrooms sanitary blocks etc. with a layer not less than 1 mm thick of heated bitumen VG20/VG30 penetration applied in 1 or 2 coats, after thoroughly brushing and cleaning the slab including painting the vertical portion of the side walls upto the level of the finished terrace or floor surface.

Providing and fixing in position powder coated aluminium louvered windows / ventilator of various sizes with powder coating as per detailed drawing and specifications including aluminium frames 80x38mmx1.22mm boxtype, 5mm thick sheet glass louvers, of approved quality etc. complete.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials, product spillage, by mechanical means including loading from ground, transporting, unloading to approved dumping ground inside factory premises or as directed, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all loads including all lifts involved.
