3.2 (b) Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar nature of work such as Construction of Building work of value not less than Rs.79.70 Lakhs.

3.2 - To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-2025) (c) Executed in any one year, the following minimum quantities of work: 1 Earthwork Excavation/Embankment : 361.00 Cum. 2 Cement Concrete(RCC/PCC) : 27.00 Cum 3 Reinforcement Steel : 2.46 Tonne. 4 Flooring (Vitrified/ceramic/glazed/granite/skirting tiles) : 139.00 Sqm. 5.Painting : 6601.00 Sqm.

The Tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should possess required valid electrical license for executing building electrification works and should have executed similar electrical works for an amount not less than Rs.12.31 Lakhs (in any one year) along with Electrical License/Registration copy.

The Tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply/sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar water supply/sanitary engineering works for an amount not less than Rs.2.84 Lakhs (in any one year) along with Plumbing License/Registration copy.

3.6 - Tenderers who meet the above minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified of their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity is calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity ( AxNx1.50 - B ) where A Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress N Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which Tenders are invited. (N 0.50) B Value, at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed. during the next 6 months.

3.2 (a) Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of Civil Engineering construction works only of Rs.318.80 Lakhs. (usually not less than two times the estimated annual payments under this contract). With UDIN

3.3 - Each Tenderer should further demonstrate : (b) Liquid assets and / or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.79.70Lakhs. (Credit lines / letter of credit / certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.)
