Civil works related to safety improvement over footpath and storm water drain across ACTREC

Demolishing existing damaged/cracked brickmasonry with cement mortar and plaster at all floors and levels including scaffolding stacking of serviceable materials without damaging the adjacent masonry/RCC structure sanitary fittings & fixtures and disposal of unserviceable material carting away the debris out of hospital premises complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work at all floor level with cement mortar 1:4 using well burnt locally available bricks of approved quality including scaffolding, raking out joints above ground level simultaneous and as directed by engineer in charge. In foundation & plinth drain walls chambers & superstructure of all floor levels.

Cement Plastering for internal wall and ceiling with cement mortar 1:4 finished smooth with neeru over brick walls/ concrete surfaces including hacking the concrete surfaces at all floors and levels in quantities as required at site including scaffolding curing, etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.20mm thick

Plain cement concrete using graced stone aggregate of 20mm / 40mm max. size including consolidation using vibrator & needle if required finishing, curing, form work shuttering, centering etc. complete all as per specification and in quantity as & when required by the Engineer-in-Charge.PCC 1:3:6 using 20mm max.size stone aggregate

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying rubble stone soling 225mm thick using spotless stones below floors roads/pavements etc. mechanically / manually consolidated thickness as specified below with stones vertically handset interstices packed with smaller stone chips, binding with murrum & sprinkling water for proper consolidating and finishing to required levels in quantities as and when required etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

providing and laying Chequered precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).Dark shade pigment using ordinary cement

Providing and fixing factory made precast RCC perforated drain covers, having concrete of strength not less than M-25, of size 900 x 600 x50 mm, reinforced with 8 mm dia four nos longitudinal & 9 nos cross sectional T.M.T. hoop bars, including providing 50 mm dia perforations @ 100 to 125 mm c/c, including providing edge binding with M.S. flats of size 50 mm x 1.6 mm complete, as per the approved sample all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

STRUCTURAL STEEL WORK: At all levels all sections including supplying cutting fabricating welding or blotting erecting and fixing in position including painting with a primary coat of approved steel primer and finishing with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade including cost of materials labour with chasing in wall or embedding in floor and making good the same by filling 1:2:4 cement concrete and plastering if necessary all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
