(a) Taking down carefully old point wiring (light fittings, fan, socket, bell point or power point) complete including unserviceable fittings and fixture like switches sockets, holders ceiling roses bulk head fittings/fixtures removing from site and keeping serviceable fittings/fxitrue etc in safe custody for re-use at site and keeping serviceable fittings/fixtures etc in sage custody for re-use at site and making good disturbed surfaces of wall/floor with cement pla ster in cement mortor (1:6) and distempering/white washig to match the existing surface complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge-14 Point (b) M&L for conceal point wiring with two run of 1.5 Sqmm 1100 volts grade single core PVC insulated (FRLS) multi stranded copper conductor wire and one run of 1.5 Sqmm 1100 volts grade single core multi stranded (FRLS) copper conductor wire in green colour for earth continuity including non metallic PVC conduit (Medium grade) with all accessories (ISI Marked) of adequate size concealed including cutting cheasing for fixing of conduit and making good the disturbed surface wiring terminated in MS flush box suitable for mounting modular type switches complete all as specified and as directed for one light/fan/call bell point controlled by one switch 5A including testing on completion-6 Per point (c) All as per item No 2 above here in before but with 2.5 Sqmm 1100 volts grade single core PVC insulated (FRLS) and 2.5 Sqmm earth continuity wire for one 5 Amps socket point controlled by one switch 5A on independent board-02 Per poiint (d) All as per item No 2 above but with 2 run of 4.00Sqmm 1100 volts grade single core PVC insulated (FRLS) multi stranded copper conductor wire and one run of 4 Sqmm FRLS 1100 volts grade multi stranded copper conductor wire in green colour as earth continuity for one 15 Amps power point on independent board-06 per point (e) M&L for submain wiring with two run of single core PVC insulated (FRLS) multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 4 Sqmm 1100 volts grade and one run of PVC insulated (FRLS) multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 4 Sqmm 1100 volts grade as earth continuity conductor drawn through in and including rigid non metallic PVC conduit of suitable size on surface rood/wall/ceiling including making good the disturbed surfaces of wall etc including taking out old unserviceable burnt/damaged sub main wiring from its existing position complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge Make : Havells/Finolex/RR (f) S&F of zuper uplite wallchiere wall lamp complete with LED bulb 09 watt LED bulb 09 watt and wall mounted stand suitable complete all as specified and directed - 4 Each (g) S&F decorative type surface mounted LED light complete with 09 watt bulb and fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed - 02 Each (h) S&F modular switch 1 way 6 Amps 230 volts 1 module - 11 Each (j) S&F modular switch 1 way 16 Amps 1 module -6 Each (k) S&F modular switch 6A-2/3 pin combined 2 module -02 Each (l) S&F modular socket 6A/16A 2/3 pin 3/5 pins combined 2 module -06 Each (m) S&F modular metal flush bos complete all as specified and directed for :- (n) 3 modular -06 Each (o) 6 module -02 Each (p) S&F modular white cover plate with frame complete all as specified and directed for :- (i) 3 modular-06 Each (ii) 6 modular -02 Each (p) S&F sheet metal enclosure for DB's SP&N when MCB to be used single pole and neutral double door, 12 way, (2 incoming + 4 outgoing) AC 240 volt complete all as directed-01 Each (q) S&F MCB C series single pole 6-32 Amps, 240 volts 50 Hz, 10 KA breaking capacity complete all as directed Make : Havells/L&T/Legrand-04 Each (r) S&F MCB C series SPN 40 Amps 240 volts 50 Hz, 10 KA breaking capacity complete all as directed Make : Havells/L&T/Legrand 01 Each
