MANNING AND OPERATION OF SERVICES FOR PUMPING INSTALLATIONS, DG SETS COMPLAINTS AT VIJAY BAUGH, AC PLANTS UNDER AGE E/M AT GE HADDO, PORT BLAIR

Provision of services for manning and operation of the following E/M installation at NSRY A/c Plant with the man power mentioned below, including minor routine maintenance such as cleaning of cooling tower, cleaning of filters, cleaning of spray nozzles, soap solution leak test, replacement of gland packing to the pumps, valves, maintenance of batteries, engine, motors, panel, daily log sheets etc., complete all as specified and as directed:- (i) ONE REFRIGERATION MECHANIC (Skilled) per shift of 08 hours in two shifts daily i.e., from 0600 hours to 1400 hours and 1400 hours to 2200 hours including all Sundays and holidays at NSRY and workshop bay comprising of the following equipments:- (a) Central AC plants DX type, water cooled 4 x 22 TR installed capacity, 2 x 25 TR running capacity comprising of ACCEL Make SMC-4-100 compressor, belt drive - 04 Nos, AHU-01 No of 25 HP induction motors, 10 HP condenser water pump monoblock type 02 Nos. forced draft FRP cooling tower with 5 HP induction motor - 01 No shell and tube type water cooled condensers - 04 Nos set of refrigeration controls, connected electrical panel - 01 No. (b) Package type air cooled, DX type AC plants 3 x 11 TR comprising of 03 Nos indoor units, 3 set of out door units each unit consisting of 2 x 5.5 TR scroll compressors with connected refrigeration controls, electrical controls panel complete.

Provision of services for maintenance and operation of water supply distribution lines CI / GI with ONE VALVEMAN (Semi skilled) per shift, in one shift of 08 hours in a day from 0600 hours to 1400 hours including Sundays and holidays complete all as specified and as directed for the following:- (a) CI sluice valve 150mm /100mm / 80mm dia - 12 Nos (b) Gate valve 80 mm / 50 mm / 40 mm dia - 24 Nos NOTES :(i) The valvemen is responsible for giving sufficient water to the all married and other accommodation as per availability. He is also responsible for arresting the over flow, leakages of sluice valves etc., (ii) The required tools are to be arranged by the contractor.

Provision of services for maintenance and operation of pumping installation at VIJAY BAUGH Pump house comprising pump sets, DG sets, LT panels and water storage with ONE SKILLED OPERATOR (FGM) per shift of 08 hours in three shifts daily i.e., from 0600 hours to 1400 hours, 1400 hours to 2200 hours and 2200 hours to 0600 hours including all Sundays and holidays complete all as specified and directed. (a) Centrifugal pump set 10 HP capacity, Make: Kirloskar - 01 No. with connected valve pipe line etc. (b) Centrifugal pump set 5 HP capacity, Make: Kirloskar - 02 Nos with connected valve pipe line etc. (c) Monoblock pump set 3 HP capacity, Make: Kirloskar with connected valve, pipe line etc., (d) DG Set 40 KVA, Make: Kirloskar with connected panel - 01 No. (e) DG Set 63 KVA, Make: Kirloskar with connected panel - 01 No., LT Panel - 02 Nos. (g) 25000 Gallons OHT -01 No. with connected valves. (h) 15000 Gallons OHT - 01 No. with connected valves. (j) 50000 Gallons under ground sump - 1 No with connected valves. (k) 20000 Gallons under ground sump - 1 No with connected valves. (l) 10000 Gallons under ground sump - 1 No with connected valves. NOTE: The unit rate quoted is deemed to include for shifting of POL / Lubricants from 3.6 MW power house at NSRY, Haddo complete including loading / unloading / transportation.

Provision of services for manning and operation of the following E/M installation at COMSTAN A/c plant, RHQ, Coast Guard Port Blair with the man power mentioned below, including minor routine maintenance such as cleaning of condensing unit, cleaning of filters, cleaning of evaporating coil, soap solution leak test, replacement of minor parts like push button indicator lamp etc., & maintaining daily log sheets etc., complete all as specified and as directed. (i) ONE REFRIGERATION MECHANIC (Skilled) per shift of 08 hours in three shifts daily i.e., from 0600 hours to 1400 hours, 1400 hours to 2200 hours and 2200 hours to 0600 hours including all Sundays and holidays. (a) Package type air cooled, DX type AC plants 3 x 11 TR comprising of 03 Nos. indoor units, 3 set of out door units each unit consisting of 4 x 5.5 TR scroll compressors with connected refrigeration controls, electrical control panel complete.

Provision of services for manning and operation of Sea water pump House at Coast Guard Jetty with ONE SKILLED OPERATOR (FGM) per shift of 08 hours in three shifts daily i.e., from 0600 hours to 1400 hours, 1400 hours to 2200 hours and 2200 hours to 0600 hours including all Sundays and holidays complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Diesel Engine driven Air Compressor, Siemens/Elgi Make 400 CFM capacity - 01 No. (b) Electrical driven Air Compressor, Kirloskar/Elgi Make 487 CFM capacity - 1 No. (c) Diesel Engine driven pump set, Make Kirloskar 120 HP - 01 No. (d) Electrical driven Centrifugal pumpset 125 HP - 01 No. (f) Electrical driven Monoblock pumpset 3 HP - 02 Nos.

Provision of services for manning and operation of the following E/M installation at COMCEN Command HQ ANC A/c plant with the man power mentioned below, including minor routine maintenance such as cleaning of cooling tower, cleaning of filters, cleaning of spray nozzles, soap solution leak test, replacement of gland packing to the pumps, valves, maintenance of batteries, engine, motors, panel, daily log sheets etc., complete all as specified and as directed. (i) ONE REFRIGERATION MECHANIC (Skilled) per shift of 08 hours in three shifts daily i.e., from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs including all Sundays and holidays. (a) Central AC Plants DX type, water cooled 3 x 22.5 TR installed capacity, 2 x 22.5 TR running capacity comprising of ACCEL make SMC-6-65 compressors belt drive - 03 Nos, 30 HP induction motors, 7.5 HP condenser water monoblock pump sets - 02 Nos, Natural draft wooden cooling tower - 01 No, Shell and tube type water cooled condensers - 03 Nos, Connected electrical panel - 01 No. (ii) The contractor shall provide stationery items for maintaining records, display charts, first aid box etc., complete and the cost for the same deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

NOTE FOR ALL ITEMS: The unit rate quoted is deemed to include for the following:- (a) Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for the cost of travelling/ transportation of the operator to attend complaints. (b) The valveman is responsible for giving sufficient water to all married and other accn as per availability. He is also responsible for arresting the over flow, leakages of sluice valves etc. (c) The required tools are to be arranged by the contractor. (d) Receiving the complaints from users either on telephone or personally and recording them in the complaint register & Job card promptly and properly. (e) Attending the complaints immediately and obtaining users signature on Job Card as a token of rectification/completion. (f) Maintaining the complaint register in complaint cell. (g) Carrying out minor repairs/Arresting leakages from the sluice valves/ Gun metal gate valves of any type and size by replacing gaskets, glands, gland ropes graphite coated, bolts, nuts & washers, rubber insertion sheet, grease, cotton waste, arresting of leakages, electrical connections, contacts cleaning, lugs replacement,within the area of the installations. (h) Carrying out weekly/ monthly maintenance of pumps/motors. (i) Immediate information shall be passed on to JE E/M during and major breakdowns/pending works left out during the shift period. Proper handing/taking over shall be carried over to the next shift personnel. (j) Contractor shall arrange his own vehicles & own tools for attending the complaints for each person on every shift. (k) Contractor shall provide Complaint slip books as per sample (100 Pages) - 25 Nos (l) Complaint Register (200 Pages) - 03 Nos (m) Contractor shall supply two pairs of dangry for each person showing the name of the unit, their name and designation like Electrician/FGM/ Helper /Operator/Valveman/Refrigeration mechanic etc., to the tradesmen and they shall invariably wear the said dangary.

(n) Safety gloves, shoes, helmets, torch lights as required for the operators to carryout the job in the installations. (o) Upkeeping the surroundings of installations/complaint cells neat and clean by cutting grass etc. and sanitise with bleaching powder and lime. (p) Contractor is solely responsible for group insurance policy for his employees. Minimum of 4.0 Lakhs/person to be paid in case of any physical disability or any casualty. (q) Contractor shall provide double end spanner set -01 No. ,bi-hexagonal ring spanner set -01 No. and pipe wrench 450mm - 02 Nos. (r) One rechargeable LED light at all complaint cells. (e) Carrying out minor repairs like replacement of fuses, maintenance of batteries, filling of distilled water in batteries, making temporary arrangements for power supply during major break downs within the area of the installations. (iv) Box spanners set/ Ghoti set cosisting all sizes - 01 Set as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (r) LT insulation tape of size 25mm wide and 25 metres long - 100 Nos.
