Description

Item No.01. Dismantling 1.1 Dismantling the existing pole above 6 m height with brackets, clamps, insulators, stay from the c.c. foundation and making the site clear by refilling the pits with excavated materials and bringing it to the ground level.

1.2 Dismantling the existing overhead line including G.I. wires of all sizes without damaging & making the coils in suitable sizes.

Item No.02 Steel Poles (OH-PL) 2.1 Supplying and erecting rolled steel joist (girder) pole 100 x 116 mm (23 kg/m) with base plate in provided foundation as per specification no. OH-PL/RSJ

2.2 Supplying and erecting rolled steel joist (girder) pole 152 x 152 mm (37.1 kg/m) with base plate in provided foundation as per specification no. OH-PL/RSJ

Item no.03. C.C. Foundation Making Cement concrete foundation including excavation (60 x 60)cm x deep 1/6 of pole length in 1:3:6 cement concrete 20 x 25 mm stone metal, 45cm x 45cm x 45cm/ 45cm

Item no.04. Conductors (OH-CON) 4.1 Supplying and erecting ACSR conductor of size - 6/1-4.72 mm (Dog) complete. (394.00 kg/km) as per specification No. OH-CON/ACSR

Item No.05. Insulators (OH-INS) 5.1 Supplying and erecting porcelain disc type insulator 45KN with necessary hardware suitable for 11kV line, complete as per specification no. OH-INS/DI

Item No.06. Accessories 6.1 Supplying and erecting G.I. stay set for poles, including loop insulators at inaccessible height with anchor plate 300x300x6mm., straining screws, G.l. stay wire 7/10 SWG, G.l. stay rod 20mmx1.8m length and pole clamps duly erected in provided cement concrete foundation complete.

Item no.07. Accessories 7.1 Supplying and erecting anti climbing devices, fabricated from pole clamps of MS flat 40x5 mm, with drooping spikes 15 cm. in length, welded to it and erected on pole

7.2 Supplying and erecting GI fabrication material like barbed wire with required SWG & ply, Channels of various size, angles of various size, flats, nut bolts with necessary materials, labours, machineries etc. complete.

Item No.08. Plate, Pipe type Earthing (EA-EP) 8.1 Supplying, installing and testing pipe type earthing with 40mm. dia. G.l. pipe or 20 mm dia. G.I. Rod complete with all accessories of GI materials & recording the results as per specification no. EA-EP

Item No.09. HT Cables (CB-HT) 9.1 Supplying , erecting & terminating XLPE insulated, galvanised steel formed wire round armoured cable 22 kV(E), 3 x 300 sq. mm. aluminium conductor laid in provided trench / pipe as per specification no. CB-HT

Item no.10. Cable Joints & End Termination Kits (HT Cables) (CB-JT/HT) 10.1 Providing and erecting Heat shrinkable outdoor termination kit for 11 kV (UE)/ 22 kV ( E ) XLPE HT cable 3x240 to 400 sq. mm. with necessary material as per specification no. CB-JT/HT

Item No.11. Cable Enclosures (CB-CE) 11.1 Supplying & laying (including excavation) reinforced cement concrete pipe of NP-2 class of 150 mm diameter in proper line, level and slope including providing and fixing collars in cement mortar 1:2 and curing etc. complete.
