(b) Laying second coat of fibre mesh 0.3 mm thickness weave in leno pattern having weight 45 gms per sqm and pasting it properly with overlap of 50 mm as directed and allow it to dry before next coating. (c) Apply third coat of fibre reinforced elastometric liquid water proofing membrane as described in para (a) above but undiluted @ 0.45 litre per sqm of roof surface as directed. (d) Apply fourth and final coat of fibre reinforced elastometric liquid water proofing membrane as described in para (a) above but undiluted @ 0.45 litre per sqm of roof surface as directed. M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall/Ceilling,roof projectios,Including facia,cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour (up to 4th storey with necessary scaffolding) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proof cement based putty @ 1kg (undiluted) per sqm of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered painted exterior wall surfaces of walls (upto 4th storey with necessary scaffolding ) including prepartion of surfaces by scarpping to prepare the surface and sanding of the putty surfaces with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism ) having RPM not less than 1500 ,sanding pads of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc by skilled llabour as per following steps:- Steps 1:- Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of minimum 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2:- Apply the first coat of prepared mixer with the manually required help of fully automatic airless spary machine of putty application, finishing the surface even and smooth in level without any undulation. Step 3:- Allow 6 to 8 hour time to dry the putty surface, Apply the further more coat of preparaed mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spary machine of putty application, finishing the surface even and smooth in level without any undulation.

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9 ltrs (undiluted) per 10 sqm, diluted with water in 1.1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spary machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 litres per mintues having a pressure of 3300 PSI and Allow 6 to 8 hours to dry surface for painting of subbsequent coats (walls up to 4th storey with necessary scaffolding) complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for water based premium acrylic smooth interior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive excellent dirt pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 Antifugal, Anti Algai properities in two coats @ 1.79 lites (undiluted) per 10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming surface in between subsequent coats of paint (upto 4th storey with necessary scaffolding) complete all as specified and directed .

Notes for Srl item No 116 to 120 of BOQ :- (a) The work for periodical services shall include the under mentioned aspects and the rates quoted by the bidder shall includes and the same & nothing extra shall be payable. (i) Work shall be carried out by the authorised applicator of manufacturer of water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion, contractor shall submit a triparty agreement MoU (between contractor ,said manufacturer and their authorities appicator ) on Non judicial stamp paper to GE and shall be approved by the GE before commecement of work at site. (ii) Work shall be carried out up to 4th storey height buildings and the necessary scaffolding , trestles , ladders ,cradles & safety measures shall be arraged by the contractor for labour and their own . (iii) Removing of nails & making good holes, cracks etc. (iv) Work in patches and in narrow /widths ,bands ,cornises ,plasters etc shall also be carried out and cutting in edge of line where ncessary. (v) Spreading and removing covering to doors ,windows ,floor ,fittings etc to protect them from splashes. (vi) Washing floors , cleaning glass ,joinery, fittings, wiring etc from drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the statisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (vii) Sample patch of 10 sqm be prepared considering all the items of periodical and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying out further work.
