Cleaning the toilet & utilities including toilet floor area in Power House, office and dispensary building including safety appliances such as helmet, facemask, ear plugs, gloves, shoes required etc., but excluding cost of T&P and consumbales.

Sweeping and cleaning the open space in the Power house, Camp and Office areas once in a week as directed by the engineer in charge including all lead, lift etc complete.clear away the debris from the location including safety appliances such as helmet, facemask, ear plugs, gloves, shoes required etc., but excluding cost of T&P and consumbales.

Sweeping and cleaning entire floor area inside the Power house, Office areas daily except Holydays as directed by the engineer in charge including all lead, lift etc complete and clear away the debris from the location including safety appliances such as helmet, facemask, ear plugs, gloves, shoes required etc., complete. but excluding cost of T&P and consumbales.

Mopping and cleaning inside the power house tiled floor area in Control room labour, lead, lift etc., complete.but excluding cost of T&P and consumbales.

Thorough Cleaning of cobweb and dirts on the walls inside and ceiling of PH building once in two month as directed by the Engineer in charge etc., including safety appliances such as helmet, facemask, ear plugs, gloves, shoes required etc., complete, but excluding cost of T&P and consumbales.

Cleaning of open drain in Power House, Office (once in a month) and Camp area ( once in a week) etc, and clearing away the debris from the location including safety appliances such as helmet, facemask, ear plugs, gloves, shoes required etc.,complete., but excluding cost of T&P and consumbales.

Cleaning of silt traps with inspection chamber/man holes clear away the debris from the location including safety appliances such as helmet, facemask, ear plugs, gloves, shoes required etc., complete.( 4 Operations per year) but excluding cost of T&P and consumbales.

Attending Masonry work / carpentry works including all safety appliances such as helmet, facemask, ear plugs, gloves, shoes required etc.,
