Taking down chowkats or frames of wooden doors/windows not exceeding 1.5 square metre (without taking off shutters from frames)

S&F of Solid PVC Door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification and drawing.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing.

M&L for prepartion of newly plastered surface and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of 1 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Two coat of oil bound distemper on wall over 1.0 mm th wall care putty including complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L three coat of white wash including preparation of new plastered surface on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction over a coat of 15 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces. Note : WPC fibre shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coat of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as per manufacturer instruction.

Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for 20mm thick in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and bullnosing the edges and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:4 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Necessary precautionary measure and earthwork, digging of pits, spreading of bleaching powder and dewatering, cleaning of sludge/mud etc if required by mechanical plants shall be included in quoted rate.

Cleaning of manholes of any description and size not exceeding 1.5m in depth including lifting up and removing sludge and accumulated soil/ semi solid sludge and any other foreign material with proper equipments and washing down with water for smooth functioning of sewage line all as directed. Sludge obtained from cleaning shall be removed to a distance not exceeding 250m outside MD land.

Rounding to edges of granite stone slabs one edge, such as in steps,cooking platform, urinal partition and othersimilar situations

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, work in roof surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in padding concrete, roof kerbs, mud stops, roof padding etc using water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be paid separately.

Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3,mixed with liquid WPC on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of roof finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed/prepared surface by forced application and mambrane shall be laid with butane torch applicataion, and Priming surfaces and applying normal treatment (for moderate conditions) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved quality complete all as specified and directed.
