REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF CEMENT CONCRETE ROAD, PATH, HARDSTANDING, STONE SETT/COBBLE STONE FLOORING AND RECARPETING OF EXISTING BITUMINOUS ROAD IN THE AOR OF AGE B/R (P) UNDER GE 969 EWS (JOB NO TPP 2025-26 SER NO 04)

M&L for repairs to surfaces of macadam roads by scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm and exc 50 mm deep and not exc 100mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM/WMM (wet mix macadam) , with crushed stones/aggregates (granite, trap or basalt) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation/surface dressing of unsurfaced surfaces of WBM/WMM by by brushing with wire brushing for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc including spraying evenly paving bitumen at 20 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinding with 12.5mm stone chippings @ 0.14 Cum per 10 sqm. and rolling to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dirt and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by filling in screened and graded road metal and well ramming including supply of road metal and making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10 @ 5 Kgs per 10 Sqm putting in Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder contents of paving Bitumen binder (VG-10) by weight of total mix, mixed in fully auto hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of black top surface by brooming with wire brushes for removing of caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally farming the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer 5 Kgs per 10 Sqm and laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller uniform smooth surface. The Mix shall be done by hot mixed plant and laid with mechanical paver , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) including rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm thickness below & above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm thick cement concrete work in pavement of flexural strength 40 Kg per square centimetre in field using minimum 400 Kg of cement per cum thickness of concrete 25cm or less complete all as specified and directed.
