SPECIAL REPAIRS TO EXTERNAL EXISTING LT NETWORK AT CRUSHER LINE AND GOLDEN PALM AREA ANDEXISTING LT PANELS AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT MES COLONY, MRS, APS AND BDE MAGAZINE UNDER GE BRICHGUNJ SRI VIJAYA PURAM

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cables, pipes, foundation for poles etc., and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, installation of 6 Mtr high hot dip galvanized iron Octogonal pole 3.0mm wall thickness, with bottom size 130 mm diameter, top size 70mm diameter with 3mm thick base plate of size 200x200x12 mm, pole fabricating out of medium grade tapered pole octagonal cross section and shall be continuosly tapered with single longitudinal conforming to BSEN 100 25/100 27 with base plate Fe 410 conforming to IS 2062 of suitable thickness with provision of 4 Nos foundation bolts. The pole shall be galvanized as per IS 4759/BSEN1461 standards/housing with aluminum busbar, inbuilt junction box, complete end termination, including single luminary arm 42mm diameter, 2.6mm thick, 1 Meter long, with grouting of base plate in RCC foundation 1:2:4 concrete including excavation, earth work, refilling etc RCC foundation as recommended by OEM pole Nos shall be marked on each pole complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Every pole shall be prewired from Junction box to fixture with 1.5 Sqmm 3 core copper conductor sheathed wire for Phase, neutral and Earth and necessary suitable arrangement for mounting fitting on pole). (ii) Quoted rate shall including 1A MCB SP B series,3core 1.5sqmm cable, Earth work and necessary excavation i.e reinforcement,holding down bolts, nuts, washer of suitable size etc complete as per manufactures instructions. (iii) Provision of light fittings shall be measured and paid seperately here-in-after. (iv) Contractor shall submit Drawings of Octoganal Poles & its foundation for approval of GE. (v) Rate of RCC foundation shall deemed to be included in quoated rate .

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Meter below normal ground level connected to GI wire of dia 4mm as main earthing lead (upto 7.5 m length from earth electrode to test point) by means of galvanised iron or steel bolts, nuts, check nuts & GI washers and GI tubing 15 mm bore medium grade for earth lead protection up to main earth test point and including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 as in cover slab 54 x 54 x 5 cm including 8mm dia MS TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c as in reinforcement with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia MS bar, wire mesh, 20 mm bore GI tubing (Light Grade) for watering and funnel, charcoal or coal and salt in alternate layers including excavation earth work in any type of soil, RFR and removal of surplus soil complete all as specified and directed electrical plate No. 3 of SSR part - I complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay HDPE double wall corrugated pipes and including fittings such as couplers, bends, end caps etc., ISI marked of outer dia of 50mm and inner dia of 38mm polyethylene with smooth internal and profile external surface for non pressure under ground cable complete all as speciedd and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in road crossing and mass concrete filling etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Taking down old Light fitting with Bracket and Arm complete all as specied and as directed.

M & L for Refixing old Serviceable LED lights on new Poles of any Length complete all as specied and as directed.
