Construction of Assistant Executive Engineer Building 40X30 and all the associated equipment and allied items in the premises of Divisional Office at Khellani

The site preparation work covers an area of 80 sqm with a depth of 6 inches (~0.152 m). It includes bush cutting and clearing all vegetation and shrubs, followed by excavation and levelling of the ground to achieve a uniform grade. Excavated soil will be either spread on site or disposed of properly. The task requires skilled labour, necessary tools, and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety

Providing, supplying and fixing factory-made 50 mm thick solid core flush doors conforming to IS:2202 (Part I), with high-density particle board core, both faces finished with 1 mm thick decorative laminate (mica) over internal hardwood framing, complete with hardwood door frames of size approximately 100 × 60 mm, properly seasoned and treated against termite and fungal attack, including all necessary fixtures and fittings such as stainless steel hinges (minimum three per shutter), mortise lock, handles, tower bolts, door stopper, and all ironmongery, along with polishing/painting of frames, edge lipping, cutting, fitting, fixing, alignment, sealing, and making good of jambs, complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The item shall also include providing, supplying and fixing one number wardrobe with integrated bookshelf of size 6'-0" × 6'-0", constructed from the same material, finish and decorative laminate (mica) as the doors, complete with shelves, hanging space, book storage compartments, shutters, locks, handles, fittings, fixtures, edge banding, and all accessories required for a complete installation. Quantities included are: 1 No. door of size 8'×4', 3 Nos. doors of size 7'×3', 2 Nos. doors of size 7'×2.5', and 1 No. wardrobe with bookshelf of size 6'×6', complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, supplying and fixing uPVC / Aluminium double-glazed windows with glazing, safety grills and mosquito mesh complete — Supply & fix windows of sizes specified below, made of uPVC or powder-coated aluminium frames, double glazing (6 mm clear glass), weather seals, woolpile, stainless steel friction hinges, handles, regulators and all accessories. The item shall also include powder-coated M.S. security grills fabricated from suitable sections and welded wire mesh, securely fixed to the window openings, together with removable stainless-steel mosquito-proof mesh screens mounted in aluminium/uPVC frames. The work shall include flashing, sealant, M.S. reinforcement where necessary, cutting, fitting, fixing, finishing and labour required for a complete installation, all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Quantities included are: 4 Nos. windows of size 6.5'×6.5', 1 No. window of size 6.5'×10', 1 No. window of size 6'×4', and 2 Nos. windows of size 2'×3', complete in all respects.

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with150mm/230mm/300 mm thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for separately).
