Annual Contract for Sweeping and Cleaning of colony area Rampur MPPMCL Jabalpur

Staircase.- Sweeping & cleaning of common stair case up to roof landing & common passage of residential blocks including removal of spider webs disposal of waste materials, garbage etc. to the nearest dustbin.

Drains- Cleaning of all types roads side drains other connecting drains kitchen drains of any size and depth including removal of deposited spoils; vegetation waste and other garbage sludges vegetation, brick bats; hedge waste; collecting & disposal of the same in the nearest garbage bins.

Dustbin- Collection & disposal by any means the garbage. waste rubbish; uprooted plants, brick bats, cow dung, vegetation; hedge waste etc. from the dustbin and disposal of the same as per the direction of Engineer In charge 1to 2 Kms lead the waste shall not be burnt in dust bins.

Open Area- Sweeping and cleaning of Open area including road etc. of Rampur colony as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including disposal of waste materials in the dust bins of common places as instructed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Road- Sweeping and cleaning of Open area including road etc. of Rampur colony as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including disposal of waste materials in the dust bins of common places as instructed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Clearing of WC choke of various type quarters with the help of bamboos, necessary chemicals, T&P, labour, including removal of obstructions and disposal of the removed material to the desired location within 1.0 KM area all complete as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Sever line manhole /Chamber cleaning-cleaning of manhole/chambers of any size & depth i/c removal of deposited spoils & other waste material and sludge, disposal of the waste material at places as instructed by the Engineer in charge.

Small animals -Disposal of dead animal by any means within 02 hours from the reported time from the site to desired place away from colony as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge. (I.e. Cat, Dog, Calf, etc.) - As & when required(Tentatively in 12months)

Big animal- Disposal of dead animal by any means within 02 hours from the reported time from the site to desired place away from colony as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge. (b)Big animals (i.e. Cow, Buffalow, Pig etc.) – As & when required

Removal/ cutting, uprooting of all verities of shrubs from colony/office area where ever required and its collection and disposal at the desired place or in desired manner i/c controlled burning for making clean the area as directed by the Engineer in charge i/c all T&P (power cutter, petrol driven, Honda make with petrol and all accessory) lead & other necessary arrangements etc. complete.

Terrace- Cleaning of Terrace of various size of Rampur colony area” quarter including removal of weeds plastic/polythin bags waste material etc. by any means and disposal of the same.

vacant quarters- Cleaning work of vacant quarters which include the cleaning & moping of floor with detergent powder, washing & cleaning of toilets & bathroom with acid, Vim, Phenyl cleaning of fenced area of quarter and disposal of garbage at desired place/location complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge including cost of all cleaning and other materials.

Septic tank-Cleaning of septic tank of various size filling the sludge in tanker by diesels pump as done by the corporation and disposals of sludge at suitable place away from residential area.

Chhajjas- Cleaning of chhajjas of various size of Rampur colony area quarter including removal of weeds plastic/polythin bags waste material etc. by any means and disposal of the same. With all necessary safety measures. (i) Ground floor chhajjas.
