Comprehensive, Cleaning and up-keeping of service Building like Time Office ,Field canteen ,Rest Shelter ,Conference Hall, Wash Room, DG Room, Workshop Complex, Safety Office, Blasting Office Control Room, Project office and Operation of Mines Cante

Operation of field Canteen of Hingula OCP as per instruction of EIC scope of work .The agency has to engaged 02 nos cook 04 nos cook helper and cleaning labour 1st shift 01 No & 2nd shift 01 No per day.

Cleaning of Drains without siltation or sludge deposition: Open Surface drain up to 250 mm width.

Carriage of garbage or earth mixed other wastes by tractor trolley including manual loading and unloading and disposing at garbage dumps or at any other specified location as per the direction of Engineer?In-Charge. (i) For lead of 1 km

Cleaning of Concrete or blacktop coal transport roads by brooming and disposal of collected debris/ waste at collection pit/ dustbins or at specified locations within a lead of 50 metres including all tools & plants like spade, basket, brooms with handle stick complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Up keeping of inside office/ service / welfare buildings including: a) Cleaning of floors by brooming and mopping, walls ceiling, partitions, chairs, tables, almirahs, staircases, verandahs, balconies, window glass panes, small drain adjoining plinth protection etc. once in a day in the office building daily in all working days. (b) Cleaning of bathroom / toilets once in a day with water, detergent, phenyl etc. daily in working days inclusive of Cost of detergents and other toiletaries as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Cleaning and brooming of floor areas like chequered tiles, paver block, IPS floors, including applying water, detergents etc adequately all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Operation of Project office Canteen of Hingula OCP as per instruction of EIC scope of work .The agency has to engaged 01 nos cook, 02 nos cook helper and cleaning labour 2Nos per day.( exclunding Sunday and PHD )

Removal of chokage / blockage of inspection chambers by removing silt, sludge and other foreign materials and disposal of the same to the nearest dustbins etc. Complete as per the direction of engineer-In?Charge.
