FILLING AND REINSTATING OF SEPARATION CRACKS Opening the Separation Cracks at the Junction of RCC and Masonry where ever directed and instructed into ‘’V’’ Grooves 2’’ to 3’’ from the either side of the cracks by carefully marking the areas to be opened up using a Cutting machine and skillfully /carefully Chiseling with a well sharpened chisel and hammer as directed including Wire brushing and washing of concrete Substrata and masonry walls with water jet to the surfaces thus prepared to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge as instructed and directed.

Moistening the Cracks, Providing and applying priming/bonding coat of slurry made out of “Polyalk EP”and cement (or equivalent as specified in the List of Brand names) in proportion 1:1 to surfaces prepared as instructed and directed. Filling the Cracks /Grooves by Providing and applying “Polyalk EP” Polymer modified cement mortar (or equivalent as specified in the List of Brand names) in Proportion of 1: 5: 15 (Polyalk EP: Cement: Graded sand/quartz sand) on the prepared surfaces and finishing it in level with the existing plaster Including Hand packing, curing and making the surface similar to the external plastering using wooden floats/punch etc. complete as per specified and directed.

Drilling holes of required size upto 16 mm Diameter and up to 50mm depth in concrete and cleaning the same as directed.

Providing and fixing 12 mm diameter aluminum /PVC injection nipples and securing the same as directed & Providing and injecting cementitious grout using CEBEX-112 additive of ‘Fosroc’ at the rate of 225 grams per bag of cement and using suitable mechanical gun/pump including mixing etc complete.

Providing & fixing epoxy dipped shear keys of 10mm dia and 4" to 6" length in columns before jacketing, Micro concreting as per Engineer in Charge Instructions and directions.

Providing, cutting, bending and fixing Additional Reinforcement in position steel reinforcement of specified/required sizes and shapes in the form or main rebars, stirrups & rings, distribution rebars etc., and tying them to shear connectors using GI binding wire. The additional rebars should be coated with TWO coats of Anti Corrosive protective coating & dry sand to be sprinkled on second coat including tying with Annealed Binding wires, providing cover blocks of appropriate sizes etc complete as specified and instructed by the Consultants.

Providing and laying Super fluid Microconcrete -Roffe crete repairs (or equivalent as specified in the List of Brand names) in beam bottoms, columns, slabs etc. including mixing with 5mm to 10mm size aggregates, waterproof ply wood/ steel plate shuttering, pouring, temping, Consolidating, curing etc complete as per Manufacturer’s specification and Consultants Instructions.The item shall be paid on actual consumption of Micro concrete.

Carefully Chiseling/ Chipping out all existing loose decayed Plaster of External Facades and Terrace area (In patch work) using Plaster Breaking machine and or Well sharpened Chisel & Hammers at proper angles carting away the Debris outside of bldg Premises etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge , Providing and applying 20/25 mm thk sand faced plaster to concrete members- brick work etc.of External wall facades using READY MIX PLASTER of ULTRATECH/WALLPLAST or equivalent Brand including base coat of 13-15mm thick and curing the same for not less than three days and keeping the surface of base coat rough to receive the sand face treatment 6 to 8 mm thick of finishing the surface by taking out grains and curing for 7- 10 days.complete all as specified and directed

Chipping out all existing loose and decayed internal plaster and redoing the same with 15mm thk. using READY MIX PLASTER of ULTRATECH/WALLPLAST or equivalent Brand finishing with ‘Instant Neeru’ of Elephant Brand or equivalent in the inside areas of staircase areas and over Internal Structural Members of premises etc complete all as specified and directed

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment over RCC roof, projection of any thickness, any type by stripping out old tar felt over roofs, parapets, chimney stacks etc laid horizontally or vertically including taking out layer of cement plaster etc and cleaning the surface with wire brush including removing debirs from the site and depositing in low laying area where directed and providing following:- (a) Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete roof surfaces and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound @2% by weigh of cement. (b) Apply a coat of bituminous primer conforming to [email protected] ltr/Sqm on newly plastered surface after curing as per IS-456 and dried. (c) After the primed surface has dried, apply a coat of hot blown bitumen (85/25 penetration) conforming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm of the surface. (d) Providing polymeric water proofing membrane ISI marked laid with overlaps, bonded with hot blown bitumen, and laid by torch application method, end overlaps shall not be less than 150mm and side lap 75mm. Polymeric water proofing membrane should be five layered with centre core as 90 micron high molecular high density polyethylene film, min weight 3 Kg per sqm. APP membrane shall laid across the slop from lowest line of sloping roof towards ridge. (e) Over the APP membrane, apply a coat of semi hot blown 85/25pentration grade bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.20Kg/Sqm and blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.50 Kg/sqm dusted over the bitumen coat. (Note :- (i) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface. (ii) Ponding test shall be conducted for 72 hrs as directed. (iii) PCC levelling course and WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying , jointing, welding & testing MS Pipe (Heavy duty class 'C') of 100 mm bore laid in trenches or on floors for connections to centrifugal pump sets for suction, pump to header and to connect out going water main CI/DI pipe line suction, pump to header and to connect out going water main CI/DI pipe line including taking down the unserviceable pipe and deopositing to MES Store yard all as directed Note:- (i) MS flanges of 100 mm bore not less than 16 mm thick duly welded on ends of MS pipe.

Supply ,installation ,testing and commissioning of centrifugal pump set 30 LPS ,75 MTR HEAD ,split casing type electric driven having bronze impeller and stainless steel shaft mounted on common base frame having energy effiecient motor TEFC EFF-1 running at 1440 rpm , conforming to IS -12615, coupling etc complete suitable for operation on 415V+- 10% .3 phase ,50 Hz complete all as specified & directed Note : (i) The scope of work also include a PCC (1:2:4) foundation as per manufacture specification , suitable MS bolts with nuts , anti vibration pads , pressure gauge with control valves and including demolation of existing foundation all as specified and directed . (ii) The scope work also include the dismantelling of pump/motor and connected accessories from existing location and shift the all to MES store yard/ as directed .

Labour for cutting of CI /DI/GI pipe in position for reducing to required length for insertion of new tees, branches etc of 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed

Supply and lay 3 layer (inner antimicrobial, outer UV stabilized) ISI marked ,IS-15801, PP-R pipes SDR 11 (PN-10) and PP-R plain fittings in trenches/walls/cellings or laying in floors complete of size outer dia 160 mm including all fittings complete all as specified & directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out Soft/loose soil for laying U/G cable, water pipeline etc complete all as specified & directed

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at the level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover , class LV, type 1 With peak, size 250mmx150mmx40mm.(LT cable) complete all as specified & directed

M&L river washed and screened dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cable for cushioning of cables complete all as specified.
