M&L for Overhauling of fire fighting pump set of capacity 150 HP after removing from base plate disconnecting from pipe line and dismantling pump set, replacing gland packing, gun metal bush, bearing and water seal, Shaft, casing wear ring etc and applying grease etc, reassembling the pump set and refixing back on the base plate and connecting with existing pipe line with nuts, bolts and new gasket including dismantling the motor, cleaning the rotor, starter, varnishing, backing etc and reassembling the motor and painting motor and pump sets including suction and discharge pipe line also connecting the existing cable etc. including testing the pumping set for full satisfaction of Engg- in -charge, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting/ dismantling 3 phase, 440 volts, 50 cycles electrical motor with centrifugal /monoblock pumpset (electrically and mechanically) from its location and shifting to work shop, opening the motor end cover, taking out rotor, taking out burnt stator winding, cleaning the stator and rewinding of motor with appropriate gauge, weight and turns of super enamelled copper winding wire using proper Garware insulating paper, insulating with Class I varnish, and oven drying for requisite insulation values, reassembling the motor completely and bringing back to its original location, cleaning the impeller of pump, supply & replace gland rope, greasing, replacement of unserviceable spares of pump, fixing back in position, connecting back electrically and mechanically with proper alignment and testing complete all as specified and as directed for 150 HP capacities of centrifugal/ monoblock pumpsets of any make. NOTES: (i) Insulation of winding shall be Class 'B' upto 7.5 HP and Class 'F' for 10 HP and above. (ii) Old material obtained from replacement shall be contractor's property as per Schedule of credit given in tender.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surface of LT panel (Qty-1) and Control panel/ starter panel for fire fighting pumping set of cap 150 HP (Qty-02) by scaraping out old painted surfaces and painting with spray painting of existing colour synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Mechanical seals suitabile for 150 HP pump sets to prevent lekages all as per OEM recommendations all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for Laser alignment of fire fighting pumping set with motor of cap 150 HP of any make/ model set including replacement of rubber coupling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. .

Material & labour for laying of Plain or corrugated steel sheets, any thickness as reqd by cutting / making in to the shape providing necessary angular supports and handles with 6 mm dia rod as per the site condition for trench/ chamber cover of sub-station alongwith painting of two coat of synthetic enamel over a coat of one coats of redoxide all as specified and directed.

S&F framed bracket of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles as necessary gusset plates, riveting etc as in chamber cover including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc.

M&L for Precast cement concrete (PCC) type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate stone for making copings including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable water pump for 30 to 125 KVA DG set or Fire pump diesel engine 35 BHP of any make as existing and M & L for new water pump including all as specified .

Draininng up the fuel tank/Diesel tank in a separate empty barrels, disconnecting the fuel lines from the fuel filters and taking out the fuel tank and clearing internally and remove the accumulated slludge/Sediments and arresting leakages, reconnecting back all the removed fuel lines and mounting the diesel tank its orginal position, supply and replacing the drain plug suitable and including painting of external surfaces by using synthetic enamel paint of two coats over one coat of red oxide primer testing complete for 30 to 125 KVA DG set or Fire pump diesel engine 35 BHP of any make .

Dismantling,dismounting and transportation of 100 / 125 KVA DG set of any make as existing, alternator assembly of existing Make of DG Set from its foundation and rewinding of main stator with suitable gauge of 'F' class enamelled winding wire of copper as per OEM recommendations,air drying,insulating varnish and becktrol red,heating insulation etc. and refixing/reassembling the alternator assembly to its foundation including connection,amputation,hot and cold checkups etc.inluding alignment and testing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Rate includes necessary transportation to workshop and back.

Supply and connect and test lead acid battery heavy duty 12 volt 150 Ahin repairs complete with initial charging complete all as specified. (Make : Exide/Amaron)

All as per Item No. 98.0 herein before but for of capacity 12 V 120 AH

Dismantling and taking down Engine of capacity 30 to 125 KVA DG set or Fire pump diesel engine 35 BHP of any make as existing, any cylinder, 1500 RPM, water cooled by dismantling/strip opening of the DG set for Top overhauling by removing the cylinder heads, piston, connecting rod, cylinder liner, oil sump and injector etc including calibration of engine and reassembling of the complete engine as per the manufacturer instruction incl replacing all the gaskets and testing of efficiency of engine on completion of repair work complete all as directed. (worn out parts shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only cylinder head by removing worn out valves, valve guide, valve seat etc of existing make and model of 30-125 KVA DG Set or Fire pump diesel engine 35 BHP complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out crank shaft for existing make and model for 30 to 125 KVA DG set or Fire pump diesel engine 35 BHP of any make as existing carefully, taking to local market for turning, polishing, metal filling if necessary and refixing of the engine including replacement of main bearings and oil seal complete all as directed.

Supply only turbo charger core assembly for 30 to 125 KVA DG set or Fire pump diesel engine 35 BHP of any make as existing and model complete all as directed.

Supply only coupling flexible for 30 to 125 KVA DG set or Fire pump diesel engine 35 BHP of any make as existing and model complete all as specified and directe

M&L Cotton waste for cleaning of DG sets all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Belt V ribbed type to drive alternator from pulley as per existing maodel and make for 30 to 125KVA DG Set or Fire pump diesel engine 35 HP complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down old Silencer Exhaust pipe of any dia and length of existing make and model mouted at any height and ceaning with cleaning agents, metal filling as per site requirement for 30 to 125KVA DG sets or Fire pump diesel engine 35 BHP installed in Haddo station, refixing the same Silencer Exhaust pipe with necessary new nuts, bolts and washers including making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down old Silencer Exhaust pipe and S&F Silencer Exhaust pipe with wool insulation of any dia and length of existing make and model mouted at any height as per site requirement for 40 to 160 KVA DG sets installed at haddo station with necessary new nuts, bolts and washers including making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in replacement of manual change over switch with sheet steel enclosure of cap 250 Amp 4 pole, 415 V, fixing with wall/ panel ect as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

S & F in replacement of switch disconnector fuse unit (open execution) with DIN fuse link of cap 250 Amp 4 pole, 415 V, fixing with wall/ panel etc or as existign location as specified and directed by Engr In Charge. Make -L&T model No SK95642 or equivalent
