Treatment of sunken floor slab comprises of the following specifications and all as specified.

(i) Material and labour for cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. 40mm thick average PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding concrete to achieve proper slope.

(ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 10 mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% BY WT OF CEMENT CONSUMED or as per manufactures instructions. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

(iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty.

(iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean.

(v) Material and labour for applying two coats of polymer modified compendious water proof coating as per manufacturers instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level +100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed. (This item shall be measured and paid separately).

(vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @3% wt of cement consumed as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout. (WPC shall be measured & paid separately )

Note :- Test the water proofed area (pending test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE. Test shall be done in presence of reps of PMG and record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicators of chemicals. Cost of testing is included in the rates quoted above.

(vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint (Black paint shall be paid separately)

Material and labour for applying two coats of polymer modified compendious water proof coating as per manufacturers instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level +100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral Water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for PCC in 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in sunken floor of toilet complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles including ridges and cement concrete in roofing all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Rolled mild steel roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins rail and fastenings and heavy brackets framing (Beam, tee, angle, channels or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E 165).

Supply and fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding/ridge to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Supply and fix Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting 0.63mm in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing 20mm thick rendering over roof slab when concrete is green in Cement Mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement as per manufacturer's specification, finished even and smooth surface without using extra cement all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and any position all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4 ) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in coping, hold fast, cills, steps, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc. complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6 ) type C-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered edges complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for applying two coats of acrylic polymer water proofing coating of approved make over a coat of respective primer including preparation of plaster surface by complete removal of existing treatment including filling of crack with respective crack filler all as per manufacturers instructions all as directed .

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description and thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 20-25mm thick machine cut kota stone slab flooring including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shad of slab including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 15 above but in skirting/dado including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Green Marble 20mm thick machine cut (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of slab including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for coloured Non Skid Joint less ceramic tiles (non-skid) of size 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed including taking down old screed bed complete.

Material and labour for coloured Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed including taking down old screed bed complete.

Material and labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 350mm x 250mm x 7mm/ 450mm x 350mm x 7mm thick, in dado/skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed including taking down old screed complete.

Material and labour Cutting channels, grooves or rebates n exc 15cm girth, and trimming surface of with or without reinforcement.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and removing all the rubbish as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type-C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection and finishing the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for second class hard wood plain solid, straight chowkats and frames wrought framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered put together with glue, pinned at joints all as specified and directed.

Taking down wooden door / window /CB shutters of any description, area exc 1 sqm but n.exc 2 Sqm each and offering credit as per schedule of credit all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 25 above but n exc 1 sqm each.

Taking down of chowkat / frames with shutter (w/o taking off shutter from frames) n.exc 1.5 Sqm each ( Disturbed surface of wall shall be make good by the contractor. The rate quoted shall be deemed included for the same)

All as per item No. 27 but exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each.

Supply and fix factory made PVC door frames of size 50mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube suitable for opening as per site condition complete all as specified and directed and shown on page No. 160 of SSR part-II

Supply and fix factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement complete all as specified in drawing on sl page No 156 of SSR 2010 part -II and directed.

Supply and fix 35mm thick plain factory made second class hard wood skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, guage etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitered bead for securing glass etc with size of member of shutters as specified in clause 8.24(a) of SSR Part-l, kin seasoned and chemically pressure treated all as specified and all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 35mm thick, Plain framed, paneled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coated 50 micron) frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coated 50 micron) window/ventilator shutters, sliding type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing not less than 0.55kg/m including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, aluminium snap beading, screws etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Aluminium grills of DG 104(10mm) powder coated of make Deco grill or equivalent including dismantling of old unserviceable alumiunium grill all as specified and directed

Material and labour prelaminated particle board 18/19 mm thick exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination as in kitchen cabinets/shutters fixed with screws as in repairs all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45mm nominal dia of wire & average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 4mm thick figured glass, pin head type and glazing with wooden beading, not exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix butt hinges 100mm size, extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin anodised, type B-21 all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 40 above but 125mm size.

Supply and fix extruded aluminum alloy sliding door bolt 300 mm long and not less than 12mm dia with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 42 above but 250mm size all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section 200mm long all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 20 mm thick (externally) in CM 1:4 in two layers each of 12+8 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces including finished surfaces even and fair, using 3% WPC by wt of cement or as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plastering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparing of new plastered surface of walls of any description including cornices and applying two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint of approved shade complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of Acrylic washable distemper including 1mm thick Birla/JK white care putty to obtain smooth regular even finish using sand paper etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparing of old painted plastered surface of walls/ceiling of any description over 10 cm firth or width including cornices and applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint of approved shade complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing.

Material and labour PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerb stone etc including necessary from work and setting in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as leveling course below tiles

Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick , set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments in floors.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and removing all the rubbish as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wooden scantling 40 Sqcm over in section in any position as in framed work complete all as specified.

Taking down and resecuring or easing & adjusting shutters of any description n exc 1 sqm and n exc 2 sqm complete all as specified
