Carrying out special repairs works by providing specialized chemical treatment to the deteriorated RCC members, replastering and allied civil works of building F at Ghatkopar Staff Quarters- Under section 353-B of MMC Act 1888.

Providing & erecting sturdy steel H- frame scaffolding at any height, making proper platforms at required levels to work on & for debris collecting, covering entire surface with jute kantan including necessary supports etc. for the entire duration of the works including dismantling & taking away on completion of work from the site etc. complete. Note: Necessary rebate shall be recovered for item no. A1 or item No. A3 for using platform for jute kantan, duct etc.

Providing and fixing temporary nylon safety net of approved quality/ colour & design having combination of mesh of approx.8mm thick rope having spacing 150mmX150mm and approx.12mm thick rope for periphery(outer edge) along with approx.2mm thick nylon mesh(single cord) 25mm X 25mm with necessary support at suitable level to tie this net horizontally and to make proper arrangement to safely catch falling debris, C.C. lumos, broken A.C. sheets etc. during progress of work to safegaurd pedestrain/ staff movement below and removing the net after completion of work as directed by the Engineer.

Removing the existing plaster of any finish and of any thickness from walls, ceilings, terrace parapet wall internally and external plaster upto 3.0 M height from ground.

Breaking plain or reinforced cement concrete including stacking serviceable materials neatly and carting away debris out of the undertaking's premises.

Prviding and fixing in vertical position telescopic M. S prop under deflected beam / lintel / slab / chajjas by using wooden batten of size 1000 mm x 80mm x 80 mm for packing between prop plate and the beam/ lintel /slab / / chajjas bottom surface as stop gap arrangement till structural repairing work is completed and as directed by the Engineer.

Removing the damaged / corroded existing G.I. Pipe lines of any diameter (underground and above ground) and handing over the released material to the undertaking including reinstating the surfaces to match with existing surrounding surfaces.

Removing W C pan including bedding, drainage fitting, etc and carting away the same out of the undertaking's premises.

Removing the existing Shahabad/Tandur/Kotah / IPS/mosaic/white glazed tile flooring or dado and carting away the same out of the Undertaking's premises.

*Removing the existing teakwood /M S door with frame of any size and handing over to the undertaking at site of work.
