Taking out old unserviceable CI pipe from trenches and Supply and laying ductile iron pipe, socket and spigot, class 'K-7', 100 mm bore dia, in any length all as per IS:8329-2000, laid in trenches and jointing with push on joint synthetic rubber gasket made of SBR (Styrene Butadyne Rubber) or EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) conforming to IS:5382 suitable for 100 mm DI pipes including testing pipes complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) The synthetic rubber gasket shall be procured from the manufacturer of DI pipes. (ii) Earth work excavation, returning filling and removal will be measured and paid separately under relevant items

Taking out old unserviceable CI sluice valve and Supply and fix sluice valve, 80 mm dia, cast iron body, flanged and both ends drilled with stainless steel spindle of class 1.0 PN conforming to IS 14846-2000, long body non rising type and ISI mark with provision of 3 mm thick rubber gasket on both sides of flanges, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 20mm bore galvanised steel tubing medium grade, ISI marked, with all fittings such as bends, elbow, tee, union, short pieces etc, laid in trenches or floors or fixed to walls including taking up or down old unserviceable pipes complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling and taking up old unservicable foot valve, Supply and fix foot valve, 65mm dia, Brass body with screwed/flanged ends as required, fixing to its original position complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for repairs to Centrifugal pumpset of capacity 20 HP by replacing the worn out nuts, bolts, rubber gasket, gland packing with cup, ball bearing-02 Nos, gun metal shaft key, hard rubber coupling bush etc., and making serviceable condition including servicing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Lifting of defective submersible pumpset 5 HP capacity, 3 phase, 440 volts from the bore well and lowering the same after repair/ replacement of defective parts i.e. staging bushes, stainless steel shaft, thrust bearing, water seal, strainer, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for mild steel work as in repairs to various size valves chamber covers with 3mm thick MS sheet welded to MS frame made of 40 X 6mm flat iron all around and diagonal, lifting handle made out of MS flat of suitable size and locking arrangement welded to MS sheet, 40X6mm flat iron hold fast 300 mm long split at one end and embedded in wall with cement mortar or PCC and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed

Supply only high strength White Calcium Hypochlorite in granular form, having 65-70% chlorine content(minimum), suitable for water treatment and packed in approved moisture proof plastic sealed drum of 45 Kg each with shelf life of 01 year, supplied at MES Pump House as and when required basis complete all as specified and directed Make: Purichlor of Sree Rayalaseema Hi Strength Hypo Ltd / DCM/ Aditya Birla.
