COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE TO STPS AT BT AREA, ST AREA, TANDON CAMP AND CONNECTED WORKS AT AFS AMLA

M&L for cleaning of balancing tank of size 6.0m x 5.0m x 2m (approx) by removing dirt, sludge etc using sludge cutter pump and throw out to not exceeding 50 mtr from site and cleaning the internal walls with wire brush by applying bleaching powder and fresh water and cleaning the entire surface/walls repeatedly with fresh water and bailing out soiled water through suction pump of suitable capacity complete including taking out air piping, descaling using acid and other suitable methods, clearing holes and refixing the same complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of equalisation tank of size 5.0m x 6.0m x 3m (approx) by removing dirt, sludge etc using sludge cutter pump and throw out to not exceeding 50 mtr from site and cleaning the internal walls with wire brush by applying bleaching powder and fresh water and cleaning the entire surface/walls repeatedly with fresh water and bailing out soiled water through suction pump of suitable capacity complete including taking out air piping, descaling using acid and other suitable methods, clearing holes and refixing the same complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out MBBR media from MBBR Tank 1 & 2, cleaning with suitable chemical and refilling after cleaning of MBBR tanks. M&L for cleaning of MBBR tanks of size 2m x 4m x 5m (approx) by removing dirt, sludge etc using sludge cutter pump and cleaning entire internal surface/walls with wire brush by applying bleaching powder and fresh water. The cleaning pocess of tank shall includes following:- (a) Taking out MS/HDPE pipe with stainer, descaling the pipe and taking out stainer, cleaning of stainer/repair by suitable welding or replacement of stainless steel bars / sheet as required at site. (b) Descaling of air grid and cleaning of holes for air piping. (c) Descaling of interconnecting MS piping. (d) Applying black paint to all piping inside MBBR tanks with two coats of epoxy paint over coat of red oxide primer and painting to inner surface of tanks with white cement based paint.

M&L for taking out tube settler from tank, cleaning with suitable chemical and re-installing after cleaning of tube settler tank of size 3.8m x 2.2m x 2.7m (approx) by removing dirt, sludge with sudge cutter pump etc and cleaning entire internal surface/wall with wire brush by applying bleaching powder and fresh water and cleaning entire surface repeatedly with fresh water and bailing out soiled water including cleaning of channels and applying two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of red oxide primer and painting to inner surface of tanks with white cement based paint.

M&L for cleaning of Hypo Solution Tank/Chlorine contact tank of size 3.8m x 1.8m x 1.3m (approx) by cleaning entire internal surface by removing dirt, sludge etc with wire brush by applying bleaching powder and fresh water and clean entire surface repeatedly with fresh water and bailing out soiled water after cleaning applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of treated water tank of size 6.7m x 3.8m x 2m (approx) by removing dirt, sludge with sludge cutter pump and cleaning entire internal surface/wall with wire brush by applying bleaching powder and fresh water and cleaning entire surface repeatedly with fresh water and bailing out soiled water complete including applying two coats of white cement based paint on inner and outer walls of tank complete all as specified and directed.
