SH-I : NATS COMPLEX

Annual Maintenance and servicing of MV/LT panel consisting of Non-Essential panel and double side Essential panel, capacitor bank i/c control wiring, relays etc. at sub-station as per maintenance schedule /scope of work including attending complaints/breakdown whenever required and scheduled visit by deputing the manpower including the submission of servicing report, etc. excluding circuit breaker service complete as required & as per specification . (Remarks : The spares & electrical parts shall be supplied separately by the agency as and when required on payment basis). (service two times in a year). (FOR TWO YEARS).

(a) LT panel L&T make :

Non essential with 2 nos. Incomer, 2 nos. O/G feeder to Essential panel, 01 buscoupler, 09 O/G feeder i/c control relays , ammeter, voltmer, Indication lamps etc.

Essential panel with 2 nos. Incomer, 2 nos. Buscoupler, 03 nos. incomer from DG, 30 O/G feeder i/c control relays , ammeter, voltmer, indication lamps etc.

2. Annual Servicing of LT panel of Air Circuit breaker of 1600A, Make L&T as per scope of work including attending the complaints whenever required and normal visit and submission of servicing report (service two times in a year). (FOR TWO YEARS).

3. Annual Servicing of LT panel Air Circuit Breaker 3200A, Make L & T as per scope of work including attending the complaints whenever required, normal visit and submission of service report (service two times in a year). (FOR TWO YEARS)

4. Testing and calibration of following type of relays installed in HT panel, LT distribution panel at NATS Bldg., as per the approved relay testing format ( The calibration report of relay testing equipment shall be submitted by Agency before start of calibration) and submission of the testing report to Engineer-In-Charge etc complete as required and as per specificatios. (FOR TWO YEARS).

4(a). Over current inverse type relay ( 1 set comprises -3 Nos. Over current relay) complete in One set treated as One Job. (CDG type, Make -English Electric).

4(b). Over current inverse type and earth fault relay ( 1 set comprises -2 Nos. Over current relay+ 1 No. Earth fault relay) complete in One set treated as One Job. (CDG type, make -English Electric).

4(c). Trip circuit supervisory relay/ control relay/definite time relay/tripping relay ( Type- VAXMK-II/VAJC/VTT/VAJ, Make -English Electric).

4(d). Instentenious Under Voltage relay ( Type VAG/VAGM, Make - English Electric/ Alstom).

4(e ) Earth fault relay, Type -CDG, Make -Alstom

5. Repairing of 3200 Amps, Air circuit breaker with replacement of following items and making the ACB in serviceable condition complete as required. (FOR ONE YEAR)

5(a). CNCS 400C Pole Assembly

5(b). Spring Charger motor 240V

SH-II : CATFM BUILDING

1. Annual Maintenance and servicing of MV/LT panel consisting i/c control wiring, relays etc. installed at CATFM as per maintenance schedule / scope of work including attending complaints / breakdown whenever required and scheduled visit by deputing the manpower including the submission of servicing report etc excluding circuit breaker service complete as required & as per specificatyion (Remarks : The spares & electrical parts shall be supplied separately by the agency as and when required on payment basis). (service two times in a year). (FOR TWO YEARS).

2. Annual Servicing of LT Panel Air Circuit breaker of 800A make L&T as per scope of work including attending the complaints whenever required and normal visit and subnmission of servicing report (Service two time in a year). (FOR TWO YEARS).

3. Annual Servicing & Testing Change over panel 400 Amp, ATS as per scope of work including attending the complaints whenever required normal visit and submission of service report (service two in a year). (FOR TWO YEARS).
