Shifting work of electrical utilities due to widening of Banda-Bahraich Marg (Chilla Road to Ghoda Chauraha and Kachehari Chauraha) under EUDD, Banda

The work of erection of new 11 KV HT/LT Overhead/Underground Lines by shifting of 11 KV HT/LT Lines/Poles of 11 KV Sankat Mochan, Bambeshwar, Roadways, Banda, Paprenda, Luktara & Kanwara Payjal Feeders from Kachehari Chauraha to Mavai Bypass, Banda via Maharahana Pratap Chawk and 11 KV KV Sub-Station due to widening of Banda-Bahraich Marg (Chilla Road to Ghoda Chauraha & Kachehari Chuaraha) from 33/11 KV Sub-Station, Chilla Road, Banda UNDER FULL DEPOSIT SCHEME YEAR 2023-24 under EUDD, BANDA (Turn-key Basis), including carriage of all required material from E.S.C., BANDA to work site, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends and also carriage of old/damaged scraped material/TFs from site to store centre, if any. All works like erection, fixing, installation, laying & grouting etc. shall be done by firm as per direction of Engineer incharge/RESSPO manual. During the erection of lines/poles has to be done including cartage. Various type petty materials/work, which are not mentioned in scope of work, but actual required has to be arranged by contractor at his own cost. No extra payment will be made to such petty requirement. All steel material supplied by firm have to Galavanised, Details of the work as given below :-

Concreting/Grouting of erected 11/13 Mtr. long STP Poles with muffing as per direction of Engineer incharge/RESSPO manual. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each), including the cost of arrangement of cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast, stone pad etc. as per actual site requirement. (arrangement of grouting material by firm).

Laying of XLPE Cable in trench with required sand.

Making of Cable J/Kit O/D and Straight Through 11 KV & Hanging and fixing on double pole with proper contact.

Laying of Cable for loop with sand.

Dismentalling of line material/poles and deposit to central store.

Looping & Chopping of tree branches.

Dismentalling of old line material and re-erection of safely dismentaled line material.

Construction of new RCC Plinth of size 5.5x4.5x5 ft.3 on RCC Pillar size 1.5x1.5x7 ft.3 for 11/0.4 kV, 400 KVA Transformer above ground level and one ft. below the ground level of 9”. After excavation of 4” earth, brick ballast shall be provided and rammering will be done properly. After that a retaining wall of 9” width by first class brick in ratio 1:5 of cement and sand shall be made. Construction of new RCC plinth of size 5.5x4.5x0.5 ft.3 for 11/0.4 KV, 250/400/630 KVA TF 5 ft. above ground level after excaution of 3 ft. earth below ground level. Earthing of T/F neutral upto water level with GI pipe and body earthing should be chemical earthing due to shifting of lines/sub-stations and also installation of 400 KVA T/F on newly installed/ erected DP/Plinth. The contractor shall be responsible to complete the work as per direction of Supervising Engineer.

Dismantling of T/F Fencing from old site of work & re-erection of smart Fencing in newly erected transformer plinth as per direction of supervising engineer. Includes the cost of all material related to fencing and including the work of painting of fencing structure, if required. 10x10 Sq.ft. 9" wall of 1.5 bricks, LC arrangement the T/F at ground level also done.
