The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, all as specified and directed.

30mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core & plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(b) Apply cement slurry to the surface @ 0.488 kg /Sqm of cement mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound @ 0.253 kg/Sqm and the surface will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (c) Apply another layer of cement slurry @ 0.242 kg/Sq. m of cement mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound @ 0.126 Kg/Sq. m and the surface will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (d) Pond curing of sunken portion for minimum of 48 hours. (e) Paste one layer of 3mm thick APP membrance with bitumen by torch application to the the treated sunkensurface. (f) Joints/ traps /WC /soil pipes shall be properly sealed with approved sealing compound.

3mm thick Atactic polypropylene polymer (APP) based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid over a coat of oil bound bitumen primer @0.40L/Sqm by same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/L at 25° C temperature and viscosity 70 to 160 CPS. The membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc having 75mm side lap joint and 100m end lap joint after preparing the surface as per standard practice and as per manufacturer instructions and finished complete all as specified & directed.

3mm thick Atactic polypropylene polymer (APP) based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid over a coat of oil bound bitumen primer @0.40L/Sqm by same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/L at 25° C temperature and viscosity 70 to 160 CPS. The membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc having 75mm side lap joint and 100m end lap joint after preparing the surface as per standard practice and as per manufacturer instructions and finished with applying one coat of bituminous aluminium paint @100gm/sqm on top of membrane, including dismantling of existing felt /treatment, complete all as specified & directed.

Rendering 20mm thick (average thickness) plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC on concrete roof surfaces including flashings and junction of parapets etc , finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- WPC will be measured & paid separately as supply only).

40mm thick brick tiles with including 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 jointed grouted and pointed complete mixed with crude oil 5% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.
