Demolition of stone or brick masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches etc.but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius and built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 2 here-in-before but except bricks.

M&L for brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. To any radius in half brick thick walls , built in cement mortar 1 :4 in half brick wall, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of roof projection ceiling etc including repairing of broken portion up to 6m height and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement as on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from wall surfaces and applying one coat of Dr fixit solution to avoid seepage lekage and effect of effloracence, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of approved shade of size 450 x 300 mm x 7 to 8mm thick as in vertical surface etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (Square/rectangular ) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in Cement Mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 22 above but on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc over and including 10 mm thick rendering in Cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L joint free non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but n exc 0.18 Sqm, in flooring etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs/paver block and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Udaipur green marble (of any type) 14 to 16 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of marble stone, laid over and including 15mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6, rubbing, grinding, rounding of edges and polishing(table rubbed & polished) to achieve mirror finishand ,making hole in stone and RCC shelves suitable for gas pipe, with round edges where required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of RCC projections, chajjas , roofs, facia etc. by necessary preparation i.e. scrapping, cutting, chiseling, derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, sufaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate and reinforced with welded mesh of weight exc 2kg per sq mtr but n.exc 3kg/sqm with or without facia and finished with cement sand mortar (1:3) using coarse sand in patches are n.exc 70mm including applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces at any height complete all as specified and directed.
