M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper with spray machine, spray hard to reached area to achieve excellent application using limited manpower complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Oil bound paint shall be applied machincally by latest machine such as trucare Graco or euivalent having minimum presure of 3300 PSI.

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished surface even & smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surface as on ceiling finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Black, Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc 30cm high.

M&L for providing damp proof layer in two coats of acrylic polymer coating consisting of 1 part of acrylic polymer liquid mixed with 2 parts of cementious powder applying at the rate of 0.70kg/Sqm of mix per coat and applying second coat after 4-6 hrs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Make of the material 'Smart Care damp block 2K' of Asian paints or equivalent from Dr Fixit, STP, CICA etc. as approved.
