Finishing the Top of Roof with one course of Pressed Tiles of size 23 cm x 23 cm x 2 cm laid in cement mortor 1 : 3 and pointing with the same mortor mixed with water proof compound including cost and conveyance off all materials and labour charges etc complete

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of wall putty as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications (The wall putty shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Plastering in CM 1:5, 12mm thick including cost and conveyance charges etc.,

Paving the Floor with scratch proof ceromic tiles of size 305x305x6mm including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed CU. conductor of 1100 v grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150x 100x113 mm TW switch box for 5 A3 pin non inter locking wall socket with 5A flush type switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14SWG TC wire for open PVC plug point (SD 36)

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter board suitable for 32A single phase service connection with 32A fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8") copper flat) on TW plank of size 375mmx300mmx19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with paining with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit (SD 125)

Supply and fixing of 1200 mm (48") AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator with 300mm down rod on the existing clamp (SD 110)

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'40 W flu fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with conduit pipe suspension from the ceiling with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals tot he fitting with tube(SD 89)

Supply and fixing of WT bulk head fitting with guard (philips/ Bajaj/ crompton/ K.Lite) suitable for 11W CFL lamp with CFL (SD 83)
