Supply and Fixing of Prefabricated G.I. Street Light Pole with accessories as per specification. G.I. Street Light Pole of height - 3.5 Mtr, diameter (Ø) 75 mm (Pipe Class - “C”) One end of G.I. Pipe welded with G.I. Flange. G.I. Flange of Outer Dia. (Ø) 250 mm, Inner Hole Dia. (Ø) 75 mm and thickness 10 mm. G.I. Round Flange with Slotted Hole Dia. (Ø): 30 mm (on 200 mm PCD and holes are placed 120° Apart from each other) Other end of G.I. Pipe fitted with 75 mm X 32/40 mm G.I. Reducer/bend. 30 cm from one end of G.I. Pipe (whose length is 1 Mtr and diameter 32/40 mm) are bend at an angle 45° and that end will be fitted with G.I. Reducer/bend (75 mm X 32/40 mm) Accessories: - G.I. Foundation Bolt of dia. 16/20 mm and length 250 mm with G.I. Plain washer (42 nos.), G.I. spring washer (42 nos.) and G.I. nut (42 nos.) and G.I. check nut (42 nos) etc. (In each Pole having 03 no bolts, Total quantity - 42 Nos). (As per Diagram)

Supply and fixing of LED Street Light Fittings - 30-Watt, 230-volt AC Cool Day White. Suitable for 50 mm dia pipe.

Supply and fixing of PVC Junction Box, size - 140 mm X 140 mm X 95 mm (Make – Sintex) .

6 Amp, Single Pole, MCB.

Supply and fixing of LED Post Top made in cast aluminum spigot housing with decorative opal acrylic diffuser and IP65 protection. LED Gate Light Fitting - 36/40-watt, Cool Day White.

Supplying and fixing of 2-pole, 415 V, 32Amp Main switch fuse unit (Handle type).

50 mm Ø, PVC, Flexible Hose Pipe (Heavy Duty) .

Insulation tape. 5-mtr roll.

Supply and fixing of Ceramic kit kat fuse unit, handle type, 63 Amp, 440 volt.

Supplying and fixing of DP sheet steel enclosure on surface/recess alone with 25/32 A, 240 volt "c" curve DP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. (As per DSR-2022-2.16).

Earthing with GI plate 600 mm X 600mm X 6mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 mtr long (50mm GI pipe) etc. with charcoal and salt as required for Lighthouse tower earthing. (As per DSR-2022-5.4).

Supplying and laying 25mm X 5mm GI strip at 0.50 mtr below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection termination nut, bolt, spring, washer etc as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of S.S nut bolts & spring washer spaced at 50mm) (As per DSR-2022-5.9).

Labour charges for excavation of trench (30 cm X 45 cm X 500 mtr- approx.) laying of UG Cable by looping from one pole to another with inter connection complete and filling the said trench with excavated loose soil, etc. including cutting of concrete pathway and jungle/Bushes as required complete with end to end and pole to pole connection. (As per DSR-2022 -7.3.1).

G.I channel for MCB fixing. 1-mtr length.

S.S. Nut bolt and washers. Size-32mm X 6mm.

Labour charges for supply and fixing of gate light with GI pipe fixing/grouting and supply connection with 2-nos hylam sheet of size 10" X 12".

G.I pipe of 2" dia for fixing gate light.

Labour charges including materials for making Street Light foundation Base (as per drawing) including soil excavation, Shuttering, PCC casting (1:2:4 ratio), fixing of template with foundation bolts and syntax junction box and plastering work etc. complete. (Size- 300mm X 300mm X 650mm, 450mm X450mm X 600mm).

Shifting and re installation of existing solar street light pole with concert base (If required).

Labour charges for Painting of GI street light pole with 2-coat of metal primer and 2-coat of aluminum paint and street light concrete base with cement primer and enamel paint each 2-coat. (including cost of painting material).
