S & F Solid PVC door frame factory made of size 50mmx 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube jointed , supplying and fixing in opening complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded coloured PVC ’C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/ sealed into the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Padding / kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges and similar work etc. all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M&L for two coats of Elastomeric Polyurethane coating over a coat of epoxy primer for roof treatment including preparation of roof/ wall of RCC/ BRICK/ tiles/ Cement concrete surface by making free from dirt, grease, dust, foreign particles, laitance, etc followed by grinding all protrusions to make surface modulated and filled all the cracks on the surface with Repair Mortar/ Sealants /General Purpose Grout in the proportions as per the Manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed to achieve following requirements/ parameters:- (a) Elongation of coating should be more than 350%. (b) Tensile strength of coating should be more than 2.5 N/mm2. (c) Crack bridging ability of 3.00-4.00mm. (d) Minimum thickness of Elastomeric Polyurethane coating is 400 micron for each coat. Note:- (i) The applicator for coating should be authorized agent of Manufacturer. (ii) The defect liability period of water proofing treatment to RCC slabs including sunken floors shall be 10 years and the contractor shall be responsible to keep the entire buildings free from leakage/seepage for a period of 10 years after certified date of completion. The contractor may obtain a similar guarantee from the specialist firm (if any) engaged by him for the purpose. The Contractor will also submit security deposit for water proofing treatment for the amount all as specified in Particular Specification for 10 year from the certified date of completion.

Dismantling of cast iron pipes jointed in cement mortar and taking out from trenches / floors etc.100 / 75 mm bore all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .
