S & F plain, galvanised, 0.80mm thick, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) ) with the grade of Zinc coating 275 with self-tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.(Tata bluescope/Sexena Marine Tech or equivalent make)

Supply and Fix, aluminium frame with powder coating of any colour (Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron),for sliding windows/Ventilator with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc., with sliding type shutters,without sash bars, aluminium sections with powder coating of any colour (Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, aluminium with powder coating of any colour (Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) snap beading, screws etc.(Thickness of aluminium sections not less than 1.5 mm),with including suitable sliding & locking arrangement, and anodised aluminium grill 10mm thick as per section.7733 of Hindalco, complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Sheet glass and wire cloth shall be deemed to be inclusive quoated rates items of this BOQ. (ii) The quoted rate against this item shall be deemed to be inclusive of the rate for taking down existing shutters.

Supply and Fix, factory made rigid lam PVC door frame of size 125 mm x 50 mm, double rebated with wall thickness of extruded 5mm PVC sheet of density 600 kgs/cum , made by joining 3 Nos. heat bent PVC sheet 'C' channel of 5mm PVC foam sheet of size 35mm x 35mm x 25mm & 40mm x 55mm x 40 mm & 25 mm x 35 mm x 35 mm using solvent cement, the two side 'C' channel shall be reinforced with 19mm x 19 mm MS square tube of 19 SWG with all three 'C' ed to flat base of 5mm PVC sheet with solvent cement. The profile shall be mitred cut at two corners and jointed by inserting 4 Nos. 150 mm long brackets of 15mm x15 mm MS square tube inside the 19 mm square tubes. The two vertical members of door frame shall be reinforced with 40mm x 20 mm MS tubes of 19 SWG duly filled with 2nd class hardwood throughout the frame. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 100 mm long nikel coated dry wheet screws through the frame by using PVC fastener. Minimum 08 Nos. of screws shall be provided for each vertical member and minimum 04 Nos.for horizontal members etc. as per manufacturers specifications, fixed in opening, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour 35mm thick for, Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door designer Shutter, with particle board core, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded Prelam PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm prelam PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification and drawing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix, factory made wire gauzed PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded prelam PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and prelam PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and directed.
