Varnishing with varnish of approved brand and manufacture. Two or more coats of glue sizing with copal varnish over an under coat of flatting varnish.

Applying wall texture (of approved make, design and shade) of non-pigmented natural stones, thickness 2mm to 3mm dry material 25 kg and 5 litres acrylic binder. Top coat needed as required material to be spread by gun.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5sq meters and under incl; cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete incl; disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within a lead outside Civil Sectt: as directed with cement motor 1;4 (1;cement ;4 course sand)

Providing and applying plaster of Paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm) including cost of priming coat @0.80 liter/Sqm

Repairs to existing imported wooden panelling lining on walls tongued and grooved planks excluding cost of ground work and cover mouldings but including cost of nails screws including cost of two coats of touch wood and removing of old damaged panelling etc. complete (12mm thick)

Repairs to stair nosing by way of HDF nosing including removing of old damaged one complete.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick glazed shutters for windows and clearstory windows using 8.75kg/Sqm. (3.5mm thick) glass panes including black enameled ISI marked M.S. butt hinges with necessary screws. First. Class K.D/Silver wood.

Repalcing of Kitchen cabnet ply shutters laminated with Sunmica/Dulmica 25 to 40mm thickness including necessary fittings with respect to existing fittings.. Contractor are advised to cast their tenders after visiting the site.
