Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 to 1.00 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous [email protected] per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finesher with senser control to the required grade,level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the disiered compaction as per MoRT&H specifications clause 509 complete in all respects . As per Direction of E/I.

Earth-work Excavation in trenches for foundations pipes, cable etc,(Loan clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5m lead upto 50m. And dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer i/c within ahead of 30m.Sl no 251

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50 mm thick in 100mm widh including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.50 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished Surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Retro-reflectorised Traffic sign as per IRC-67-2012 Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67-2012 made of high intensity grade sheeting type-IV vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. Alternatively, a certificate conforming to ASTM Specification (D 4956-09) on artificial accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in India can be accepted provisionally. In such a situation, the Employer / Client, if so desires, could seek for a performance guarantee which would be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weathering of the sheeting as per IRC 67:2012. Legends, letters, numerals and borders etc should be as per MoRTH specification No-801.3.7 . Supply and fixing rectro reflective sign board made up with 4mm thick aluminium composite panel (ACP) face full coverd with high intesity prismatic retro reflective sheeting of approved specification as per M.O.R.T & H having approved message fully processed on by pressure sensitve equipment banc of ACP with frame of 35x35x4mm angle iron all round and cross with proper clamping arrangement to be fixed in structure. the back of the ACP sheet shall be enamel coated. as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing(as per IRC : 67-2012 Clause 14:60)
