Supply and delivery of the following size of PN10 110mm HDPE pipes with ISI specification as directed by the departmental officers including cost and conveyance the same to the departmental store etc complete as per standard specification.

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m and lift of 2 M in narrow trenches having bed width 1.25m & below for laying of pipes for water supply and sewerage works in the following type of soils as directed by Departmental officers Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth shales, murram gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravel soil including refilling the sides of foundation in layer of 15m thick watering ramming depositing the surplus earth in the premises as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Laying and joining the 110mm HDPE pipes, conveyance the same to the work site and lowering in to the trench and joining the same in proper gradient as directed by the departmental officers and tested in to the required pressure water convey with an average lead etc complete as per the standard specification.

Jointing 110mm HDPE Pipes and Specials by butt fusion welding / electro fusion welding joints using fusion equipment as per ISO 21307-2011 and as per IS 7634 (part- 2) : 2012 including cost of hire charges for butt fusion equipment power supply arrangements etc., complete as per directed by TWAD Board Officers.

Earth work Open excavation by Mechanical Means for Open Earthwork in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 100 mts and clearing and levelling including dressing of sides and raming of bottoms etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40mm gauge hard broken jelly for flooring including laying,nsolidating, finishing, rendering the top surface rough to receive the floor, curing, etc. complete multiplying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers - Mixing by Manual means

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality Fly ash Brick of size 230x110x75mm with class designation of 10 conforming to IS 13757-1993 or IS 12894-2002 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally. other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with fine polished cuddapah stone slab of following thickness over cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone Sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer and pointing the joints to full depth of slabs with same mortar mixed with black oxide and the top surface rendered smooth, curing, etc.,complete complying with standard speicification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The cuddapah stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work) - Cuddapah Slab of 50mm thick

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 5 HP Kirloskar make submersible sludge pump, suitable for handling sewage, sludge and wastewater containing suspended solids. The pump shall be of submersible centrifugal non-clog type with close-coupled construction, designed for continuous duty operation. The pump casing and impeller shall be of robust cast iron construction, with smooth liquid passages to permit free passage of solids. The pump shaft shall be of stainless steel and provided with double mechanical seals operating in an oil chamber to prevent leakage and ensure reliable service. The pump shall be driven by a 5 HP, 415 V ±10%, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, squirrel cage induction motor, suitable for submersible operation, with IP68 protection, Class F insulation and continuous duty rating (S1). The motor shall be fitted with thermal overload protection and adequate cable sealing arrangement. The pump shall be supplied complete with lifting chain, guide arrangement (where specified), suitable length of submersible copper cable, discharge flange, foundation accessories, and all necessary fittings required for satisfactory operation. The pump shall be tested and commissioned in accordance with relevant IS standards to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Typical duty: Discharge approximately 20–40 m³/hr at 10–15 m head (subject to selected Kirloskar model and site conditions)
