Supply, installation, testing perfect aligning & commissioning of monoblock pump set centrifugal type of capacity 10 HP suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, discharge 1080 LPM at 35 mtr head, 100mmx100mm suction and delievery size mounted on common MS base frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, connected to galvanized iron strip 32mm x 6mm thick as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth strip connected to earthing test point/equipment and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 50mm dia upto earthing test point/equipment fixed with 2 Nos of mild steel clamp made out 25mm x 3mm flat iron and perforated water pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade and top with socket & plug and bottom connected to earth plate by slit and two bolts/nuts/washers, GI protection pipe 40mm bore light grade to PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 and CI cover with frame all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009. Note:- (i) Outer edge of earth pit shall be 1 metre away from the outer edge of PCC chamber. (ii) GI strip upto earth test point/equipment is included in this item. (iii) Water pipe shall be provided in slantling position. (iv) Length of earth lead strip & protection pipe shall be upto 7.5mtr

Supply and fix Foot Valve (Flanged) 100mm dia confirming to IS 4038 including joint with rubber fibre board gasket, nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing PVC insulated 3 core flat copper cable (including jointing material) size 16 Sqmm 1100 volts, conforming to IS 694-1940 for 10 HP motor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr width & n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation/pipe lines etc and getting out for taking out / laying of cable / pipe in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering & and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting pointing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L sand cushioning with dry and clean fine river sand for underground cable 8cm before laying cable and 15cm after laying and punned to 18cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose.

Supply and laying burnt bricks sub class 'B' old size for cable protection laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable complete all as specified.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and laying, HDPE pipe, IS -4984 / 95 pressure rating of pipe PN - 10 and maximum permissible working pressure 1.00 Mpa or 10 Kgf/cm2 of size 110mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and laying, HDPE pipe, IS -4984 / 95 pressure rating of pipe PN - 10 and maximum permissible working pressure 1.00 Mpa or 10 Kgf/cm2 of size 90mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

supply and laying HDPE pipes of pressure rating 6 Kgf/cm2 , 50 mm dia fixed to wall, ceiling or laid in floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supplying, laying and testing of Mild steel tubes 100mm bore ISI marked (IS-1239) heavy grade with all fittings and fixtures with flanged ends, any length laid in trenches / walls / floors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Mild steel flanges welded to MS tubes of any description including necessary nuts, bolts, washers, tees, bends, dead plates & MS clamps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sluice valve class PN-1.6, ISI marked, IS 14846 with brass spindle, flanged end of size 100mm bore including joint with rubber or fiber board gasket, nut bolts washers complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Gun metal globe or gate valve of size 20mm dia with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe & fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, laying, jointing testing and commissioning LT electric power cable crossed linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured ISI-7098 marked, with multi stranded aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts with cross sectional area 35 Sqmm, 3.5 core, laid in trenches/ ducts/ fixed on poles/wall/laid under roads/paths/drain/culverts or passing through pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Excavation, earth work, sand coushioning, protection brick/tiles/block and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this BOQ.

S & F GI pipe 40 mm bore light grade for protection of cable including provision of clamps, nuts, bolts etc required for fixing pipe along pole / wall / laid under the road / laid under the floor or in trenches complete all as specified and directred by Engineer-in-Charge.
