Spreading and levelling by cutting & filling for all type of soils up to 45cm deep around Links, Dispersal etc using tractor, leveller, cultivator, Harrow & tillers (min of 3 Rounds/ Sqm) including the following: (i) Clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, bush wood, undergrowth, roots, and removing rubbish to a distance exc. 1 km but n exc. 5 km all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge. (ii) If required, supply and use approved soil for forming embankments/ proper gradual sloping ground around, spreading in layers n exc. 15 cm thick. (iii) Rolling the ground include for watering as necessary and consolidating to the required level, gradient or camber (using auto leveller) using 8 Tonne roller with sufficient water sprinkling to achieve proctor density up to 95%. Note: Unit rate quoted includes all T&P comprising 8 tonne Rollers, water sprinkler, Auto leveller, tractor etc., crew, Approved Sand, fuel and tools complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Removal of soil/ muddy soil/ grass/ vegetation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator or tractor)/ manual means in drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in depth), including dressing of sides and cleaning of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 250 m from drain complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.50 meter deep for cleaning existing drains and bed of culverts over the drain including cutting of small bushes, small tree girth not exc 30 cm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling of brick work or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc & removing debris out of MoD land, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and Labour for brick work using sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks , straight or curved on plan not exc 6m mean radius (except brick) built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Serviceable bricks retrieved from item no 17 shall be used after proper cleaning and washing of old bricks.
Taking down of cement plaster/ rough cast plaster on brick or stone wall including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removal of rubbish in low lying area complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and Labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
