Note : Joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC shall be provided at every 3 meters and at every change of direction and shall be filled with mixture of bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight. Cost of this provision shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate for concrete in plinth protection.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of concrete block masonry in cement concrete 1:4 in two layers first coat 10mm thick in Cm 1:4 and second coat 5mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement and finished fair and even all as specified. Note : Water Proofing compound shall be measured & paid seperately.
