Cleaning Jungles including uprooting of trunk vegetation grass, bushes, wood trees and sapling of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1 meter above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 meters out side the periphery of area cleared. As per S.I. No. 251

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). As per DSR No. 4.1.8

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. Bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). As per DSR No. 6.1.1

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). As per DSR No. 6.4.1

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams,uspended floor , roofs, having balconies, shelves , chhajjas, bands, staircases, and spiral stair cases above plinth level upto fifth floor level, including cost of centering,shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) (DSR CODE 5.3A PAGE NO. 113 DSR 2023)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). As per DSR No. 5.2.2

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. As per DSR 5.22.1

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). As per DSR S.I. No. 13.1.1

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. As per DSR 10.1

Providing and applyingwhite cement based putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. Including curing the cost of all material.labour, T&P etc. complete. DSR CODE 13.26 PAGE NO.201 DSR 2023)

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 Itr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sgm. As per DSR No. 13.45.1

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : (DSR CODE 13.99 PAGE NO. 207 DSR 2023)
