Supply of Auto Tippers for Solid Waste Management at TMC Tarikere

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the equipment similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 1 No of Auto Tipper with wheels required in any one of the last 3 financial years to any government organization. The supply certificates issued by the government organization must consist of satisfactory performance certificates. All the certificates should be duly attested. The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after 2025 and be in satisfactory operation for 12 months from the date of tender opening.

Tenders of tenderers quoting as authorized representative of a manufacturer, meeting with the below requirement in full, can also be considered provided The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per GCC and SCC and The tenderer, as authorized representative, has supplied satisfactorily at least 2 Nos. of Auto Tippers similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years (2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25), which must be in satisfactory operation for at least 12 months from the date of tender opening.

The tenderer should furnish the information on all past supplies and satisfactory performance for work done, in proforma under Section XII. All experience/eligibility documents uploaded must be in the form of satisfaction certificates, supply orders will not be considered as experience/eligibility

Tenderer offering to supply goods under the contract which the Tenderer did not manufacture or otherwise produce, the Tenderer has been duly authorized (as per authorization form in Section XIII) by the goods manufacturer or producer to supply the goods in India.

Tenderer firm/company should not be blacklisted by any government organization. The Tenderer shall furnish an Affidavit for not having Black Listed earlier by the Firm / Company represented by its Proprietor / Partners / Directors / Chairman / Managing Director / Office Bearers in the Business Transactions of any Government / Semi-Government / Government Undertaking / Public Sector Organizations / any other Departments.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last 5 years (2020 -2021 to 2024-2025) achieved in at least two financial years (continuous period of 12 months) a minimum financial turnover of Rs. 72.5 lakh. As documentary evidence the tenderer should furnish copies of Audited Balance Sheet duly certified by The Chartered Account

The Tenderer should furnish Copy of Income Tax Pan Card.

The Tenderer should furnish Filed Copies of Income Tax Returns for the last three financial years.

Each tenderer should further demonstrate Liquid assets and / or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs 14.50 lakh (credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from bank for meeting the fund requirement etc

The Tenderer should furnish valid COPY OF GST REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE.
