Providing and Fixing Processed Stone Cladding on wall surface/ plywood surface. RCC pardi/ Wall and all type of Interior, Exterior Compound wall and Gate etc. of cladding processed stone with material of Processed clay, Wooden chips, Silica sand, Cement, GFRC admixtures, Colour pigments, Fiber up to thick of 230 mm/ 25 mm including scaffolding, fixing of screw, etc. (As directed by Engineer in Charge)

Labour charges for removing grass, thorney shrubs, Jungli shrub, Kubabul and alike grass along roadside making the ground clean by showel and phavaras etc.complete.

Excavation for planting lawn/ shrub/ flower bed/ hedges/ edges/ canna bed/ ground cover in earth, soil of all types, soft murum, including removing the excavated material up to a distance of 50 mtrs. for a depth of 20 cms.

Filling fresh garden soil / silt & manure in excavated area of depth 20cms. (1/10 of unskilled labour)

Supplying on site fresh Garden soil (i. e. 3 part soil )(free from stones rubbish like dried grass roots, other such materials) for excavation area of depth of 20 cms (consolidated thickness). Quantity of soil 0.174 cum x 770 /cum = 133.98/-

Supplying on site well decomposed Farmyard Manure (i. e. 1-part FYM) for excavation area of depth of 20 cms (consolidated thickness). Quantity of FYM 0.054cum x 975/cum = 52.65/-

Mixing garden soil/silt & manure thoroughly well, watering previous night.Planting reqired plant species, lawn grass as directed etc. complete for required depth 5 to 30 cms. for planting lawn/ shrub/ flower bed/ hedges/ edges/ canna bed/ ground cover. (1/10 of semiskilled labour)

Providing on site required variety of lawn (free from weeds /diesease etc.) Cynadon/ paspalum/ selection for 1 sqm. area dibbling distance 5 cms. apart c/c.

Maintenance of Newly Developed lawn Area. For First 30 days Only (Paspalum/ selection)

Excavation pit size 0.60 x 0.60 x 0.60m for planting small & medium ornamental plants/ large flowering/ shady trees (plant height 1 to 2 mtr.)/ palm varieties upto height 1 to 2 mtrs. in earth, soil of all types, soft murum, including removing the excavated & unwanted material up to a required distance of 50 mtrs.
