M&L for 15 mm thick rendering surface other than fair face of brick-work or stone masonary surface with cement mortar 1:4 finished even & fair complete all as specified & directed

Ditto as above item no 1 but on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface with cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in two layer (5+5)mm using premixed polymer modified cement plaster of approved make - Mix the powder with clean, potable water in the ratio 5-7 liters of water to 20 kg of powder. Allow the mixture to stand for 10 minutes then mix again before applying. Best results are obtained with mechanical mixing, i.e. mixing drill and 20 liter bucket. When applying to non-porous surfaces and when extra durabillity an hardness is required add 1 liter of Acrybond chemical per 20 kg Polymer modified cement mortar. on Internal/External surface of brick work, reinforced cement concrete finished fair & even as manufacturer’s application instructions Including taking down cement plaster of any description etc including racking out joints,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(1) Before applying to concrete, cement render, brick and block surfaces,surface must be clean and firm, free from dust, release agents, grease, wax, paint and other contaminants. Wet the substrate prior to the application of the mixture. (2) When applying more than one layer the preceeding layer must be completely dry before applying the next

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of Wall & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls or un plastered surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over & including a coat of alkali resistant priming paint with hand roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Two coats of Apex Weather Proof Exterior emulsion (Water Based 100% Acrylic ) or approved equivalent grade paint using hand roller over & including one coat exterior grade wall primer on cement plaster,concrete ,exterior ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone Jali & Stone Pillar of any description , any thickness complete all as specified and directed.
