Taking out of old ACB& other accessories from existing Panel chamber, removing of all cable connection after taking shut down with help of gas cutter, heavy labor etc.

Providing /fixing and making connection of including links, bends, aluminum bus bar will be of electrolytic grade conductivity or as per relevant IS having sufficient cross section area insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve in phase color identification. The bus bar support insulator shall be of class F insulation. All hard ware for connection/joints shall be in high tensle.

Arrangement of incoming / outgoing cable termination by providing & fixing of terminal link of current carrying capacity 800Amp. With phase separator I. Removable cable gland plate to be provided for each cable entry with cable gland. Making connection of both incoming & out going side as required with proper insulation.

Fixing of the ACB in the existing L T Panel Board including providing & fabrication & fixing of the base frames of suitable sizes for ACBs in the chamber. Fixing all the measuring instruments. at the metering chamber along with complete wiring through 2.5/1.5 sq mm single core copper wire including providing and fixing of necessary ferrules etc.

Fitting of MCCB (10Nos.), power contactor(15Nos.) , Over load relay.) complete with wiring in place of defective/burnt components in existing LT panel star delta starter feeder. Taking out the defective parts first & cleaning of the chamber for fitting of new components ,P/F of MS channel / base plate

Cleaning of incoming & outgoing bus bar horizontal bus bar Aluminum & insulation with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve/PVC tape in red, yellow & blue color to identify three phases & black for neutral

Cleaning of 1600Amp. ACB Incomer & bus coupler removal of old grease and re-greasing of all movable parts with recommended grease, setting of tripping mechanism, wiring of under voltage coil, complete cleaning of ACB with making all incoming & out going cable connection with thimbling.,

Cleaning of 800Amp.out going ACB removal of old grease and re-greasing of all movable parts with recommended grease, setting of tripping mechanism, wiring of under voltage coil, complete cleaning of ACB with making all incoming & out going cable connection with thimbling.,

Testing & commissioning of. ACB & other components newly fitted as per required parameters with relevant IS. testing of the panel prior to switching on as Continuity and earth testing, Meagering of all equipment’s for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth.
