(Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Old kerb stones shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

12 mm cement plaster of mix : a)1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : a)1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Cutting bajri paths and making good the same including supply of extra quantities of brick aggregate, moorum and red bajri required.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : a)New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.. A) In cement mortar

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete paver block of approved shape and colour of M -30 grade made of C&D waste by block making machine with vibratory compaction laid in required pattern and including over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : a)Two or more coats on new work.

Hiring of Hydraulic Excavator (3D) with driver and fuel for excavation and leveling of local earth in DDA parks/waterbody complete as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) : (a) Flush/ Ruled pointing

Modified Estimated Cost for item no. 1 to 22 after using Correction factor on DSR 2023 on account of GST@ 0.973 (total estimated cost is to be reduced by 2.7% accordingly)

Add Cost Index @3% on all DSR items

Park and tree plantation at Sector-16D Dwaraka (Shaurya Upvan) 4. Compensatory plantation (woodland) Sec-16C Dwarka 5. Park and plantation at Sector-16C, Dwarka (near telephone exchange) 6. Path at Sector-16B (Near burial Ground) Special Conditions: 1. Agency is requested to inspect the parks & locations of the parks before submitting the bids. 2. Agency shall have to carry out the works in all the parks/greens/site simultaneously from next day of the award of work. 3. Agency shall have to submit the work plan on the next day of the award of the work for each park/green/site w.r.t completing the works well within the stipulated date of time.
