Providing designation 75A one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering taxes royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 Coarce sand (zone-III) : 3 Graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

providing Tor steel reinforcement of 8mm dia rods as per approved design and drawing exclusive carriage of M.S. bars to work site, cutting, bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of the wire, removal of rust, placing the rods in position all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. Providing designation 75A brick work in C.M (1: 6) in foundation and plinth with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including providing 10mm thick mortar, joints cost of screening materials raking out joints to 15mm depth , curring , taxes and royalty all complete as per builiding specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:4) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. Providing 1.5mm cement punning including curing, carriage of water with all leads and lift as per building specification and direction of E/I.
